Northwest Assistance Ministries popularly known as NAM is a nonprofit committed to community development. NAM strives to meet basic human needs through the principle of Neighbors Helping Neighbors. It has been providing assistance to more than 1.5 million residents of northwest Harris County in areas including food, shelter, health, education, safety and financial education. Here is Brian Carr, Chief Advancement Officer of NAM sharing his views, experience, journey and success of the organization.
