People have high expectations of cheerful people and believe they should be happy always even if it means they have to fake it. People close to you automatically believe you should talk to them when you’re going through difficult times but they forget the importance of winning your trust especially when if it’s been breached before.
I shared one of my most depressive periods and why that period was easier to remember. Why the situation at that time got me depressed and most importantly what I did during that period that aided my relief and my healing journey.
