Coaching & Mentoring women to use all their gifts & talents is her passion. Cosmetics & skincare products make women feel beautiful on the outside, so they can be confident on the inside. Mary Kay designed her business to be a safe place where women can keep their priorities in order and not have a glass ceiling.
