Mike Carson is the Training Director of Cedar Rapids Electrical Apprenticeship, which offers individuals the opportunity to “earn while they learn” and gain experience under the supervision of an experienced journeyperson. Mike has held this position for fifteen years, and worked in the commercial/industrial electrical industry for 26 years prior. In this episode, we talk about how Cedar Rapids Electrical JATC dealt with the pandemic and balanced the desire for apprentices to learn with the need to keep everyone safe.
