Dwyer is the policy director at the Canadian Network on Corporate Accountability (CNCA), and Gilchirst-Blackwood is its network coordinator. The CNCA is a broad network of Canadian civil society organizations – including labour, human rights, faith-based, and environmental organizations of a wide range of kinds and sizes from across the country – that are working to ensure that Canadian companies respect human rights and the environment when working abroad.
