Cass: Oh, absolutely! We've had some truly eccentric clients over the years. I remember this one client who insisted on wearing a full-blown mermaid tail during our meetings. It was quite a sight, let me tell you. We did our best to keep a straight face, but there were moments when we had to excuse ourselves and burst into laughter outside the meeting room.
