Breaking the Binary: Expanding Gender Identity and Expression

This week we celebrated Transgender Day of Visibility, a day that recognizes the important role that trans and gender diverse people play in our lives and communities, and the celebrates the courage it takes for many trans and gender diverse folks to live in the world as their authentic selves. On this episode, we interview Nick Alm (they/them), who lives boldly as a non-binary person, and who is the founder of Mossier, a company who works with organizations to develop LGBTQ employment equity.
