The following. He's a production of Dallas Cowboys dot Com and the Dallas Cowboys Football Club Cowboys. This He's Talking Cowboys, screening live from the Dallas Cowboys World Hours at the

Star in Frisco. Following and now your hosts Isaiah stand Back, Patrick Walker and Kyle Yeoman's It is a terrific Talking Tuesday here on Talking Cowboys, presented by Black Rifle Coffee Company, live from the Star in Frisco and the SWBC Mortgage Studios alongside Patrick No see Walker, We've got Isaiah stand back and then we've got Chris Bean in the back. Welcome everybody. It is a Talking Tuesday. Give us a call eight eight eight eight five five two two nine seven.

We're gonna take your calls here in the next couple of minutes, so you can get on the phone line now. The wonderful Chris Beam will answer your phone. Uh. Your stuffed, Yeah, he may be stuffed. Isaiah walked in. We can't talk about the place, I guess specifically, can we I don't think so, Yeah, which is unfortunate. This is these little things that we've got here. This is biscuits and gravy and the biscuit looks more like a mountain than a biscuit.

This thing is three stories tall. And and when I first saw it, Isaiah was laughing at because I kept turning around because it's so heavy, right, people, Okay, I'm gonna try to show the people. Man me, this is a little biscuits. It's not stuff like anything. This is a biscuit like a whole bit. And we had it's saw Look oh look at the give look at it. Oh my god, look at the recovery. Right, listen, watch this recovery. You see that? You see that? Oh like

memory foam? Oh yeah, yes, yes, And no I don't know if I wanted to sleep on it to eat it. I know what I'm going to do. Oh yeah, oh man. And then and then there's like a whole there's a whole coffee cup full of gravy. To get to this point. This is gravy. Just what that is? This grave? So thank you Isaiah for breakfast. I'm gonna have to explain to good good thing. I know a good place that will for you to work out. I'm trying to get right for the wedding. And then here comes Isaiah with

a literal mountain of biscuits coming in. Beamer took care of me though. This is Beamer brought me. Oh yeah, brought me to fresh fruit. Yeah, I'm ready to go that fresh job, brought the biscuit biscuit from the multiverse. Okay, all right, this is more no more, brought this from you from beneath the sea. Blow the kid. I'm serious, ye, sir, they don't know. I wanted down and get some e to come back, and he has that for me. So I basically traded with him. Yeah, there you go. Here's

here's a start that guy for myself. You're gonna have that messed up everybody's diet today. But you guys should be in a good you're nice little you know. Yeah we aren't a good blow Yeah. Yeah, we are moved. We're still riding off the forty to three. And now the Cowboys get to get to host their Yes, their arrivals. Yes. So today is gonna be a kind of interesting because it is only a three show week. We normally preview Cowboys Defense versus Viker I guess not Vikings anymore, Giants offense. Uh,

then you flip the matchup for Thursday. So today we're kind of. We're still gonna take calls, but we're also going to talk a little bit about the matchups towards the end of the show. Um, and then tomorrow we'll do say it with your chest. Wednesday, we'll give you some matchups and we'll pick some games and do some stuff like that heading into the weekend, Patrick, We've got some news and notes, including one this morning that I do want to hit that pertains to the offensive winem.

So first let's start with we we got our answer on Anthony Barr. I know a lot of people, including myself and you guys, were wondering what happened with Anthony Barr. He was on track to play against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, but popped up on the inactives list. We spoke with Mike McCarthy on yesterday and McCarthy basically said that on Saturday in practice Bar suffered a setback. He strained the hamstring reaggravated it, so he's doubtful at best

for the Giants. I'd go ahead and rule him out just me speaking from a NOC standpoint, but it's not officially done by the team just yet. But I don't see him taking the field. I see the team trying to use the mini by maybe get him back for the Indianapolis Coast, But we'll see. So the Moan Clark season continues against the New York Giants on Thursday. Michael Parsons knee is doing fine. By all accounts. There was no MRI that was needed. Michael Parsons did return to

the game. Michael Parsons said he was fine after the game. Mike mccarthur yesterday said he was fine. He was a DNPA did not participate on yesterday, but yesterday was a walk through, and then you're talking about a short week. Obviously they're going to let a guy like that rest. You know my formula when it comes to Michael Parsons, if he's not feeling great, dnp dnp DN DC at the game and segueing to what Kyle is speaking of.

Something that I tweeted in real time from the press box on Sunday, once the Cowboys got up so substantially against the Minnesota Vikings, I spied one Tyler Smith taking reps in game at left guard with Jason Peters out on the left side at left tackle, which I said at the time I was like, well, if you're wondering what's gonna happen when Tyron Smith gets back, I think you're seeing it right now. Jason Peter swing tackle Tyler Smith going to left guard, and Jerry Jones spoke to

that today. He basically said he doesn't see Tyler having any problem popping into right guard left guard when Tyron Smith comes back. So there's some validation for you that he didn't say win when to Ron Smith comes back. He didn't put a date on to Ron Smith win. He's saying not if Smith is coming back. It's not if it's win, it's win. He's the question I think is not if or when, it's how long you go back?

That's the biggest question for at least in my head, it's going to and then I and then last, but certainly not least with the the Odell Bowl coming up on Thursday. Beam. Yeah, Beham it's got a better ring to it. Well do the coming up the Behamham sounds like the Belk Bowl or whatever the other like, oh, Belt we Bowl games are through. I don't know, I

got you, um, Jerry Jones said the Cowboys. He declined to talk about the negotiations as far as if the Cowboys are concerned about health, if it's some money thing, He's like, yeah, I'm pleading the fifth on both of those things. We are basically the negotiations are ongoing Cowboys quote unquote, we've got a chance. That's Sarry Jones. So that's where we are. News and notes. Wow, So do you think that's the right move to move Tyler Smith to left guard, move Tyrant Smith back into left tackle,

and roll with those guys moving forward? Is that? Is that a good idea or is that? Do we still need to see leading into that moment understand why they would do that. I don't like it, but it's not for me to like it, So I think you know they're from their perspective. You always want to play your best five. That's what you always hear people to say,

play your best five, Play your best five. Unfortunately, playing your best five doesn't always work out because your best talent might be on the field, but your best skills might not be in a proper position. So we've seen what he did at guard. I'm sure he's a lot further along at that position now with the reps at left tackle having a whole half of an NFL season underneath them instead of just a camp in a preseason.

So I would I would. I wouldn't even compare what he probably is today versus what he was, you know, a couple of months ago when we were watching him at that position. But I still from what I've seen, I don't like it. And we've seen a ramp up period for multiple guys Jason Peters, I mean, even guys that are coming back, like a Michael Gallup, that aren't as far along into their career as a Tyron Smith is. How much of a ramp up period would we see if Tyron is trying to get back into the fold.

Maybe there's a couple weeks of a lead in of practice for Tyler Smith to move in at left guard while Tyler or excuse me, Tyron Smith at left a lot of ties and a lot of Smith's Tyron Smith at left tackle, Tyler Smith at left guard, and having that practice rap for about two weeks to ramp Tyron Smith leftsive? Why and then we've got a Terrence on the other side, tie tie, tie. I don't when it comes to Tyron Smith, I don't think there's going to

be much of a ramp up at all. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that he's had to, you know, tangle with this as far as returning from a long term injury. So I think he'll I don't necessarily want to say hit the ground running in week one, but you know, a couple of weeks in he'll be all settled in again at left tackle. My curiosity would be how quickly would Tyler Smith reacclimate to a left guard position that he spent the entirety of training camp playing.

So it does work in his favor that he was playing there for the whole of training camp. That will help in his reacclamation getting back to that spot, but it may or may not be as quickly as as Tyron gets back going at full speed. But what a help Tyler at left guard is the fact that Tyron ramps up quickly at left tackle. That's going to help. And Tyler Biadish on the right side is playing well

as well. And then of course next to him, you have Zach Martin able to kind of give some input and help the rookie get back to doing some left guard things. And shouts out to Conor mcgovernment as well, because if this is the best five we're talking about as far as Tyron, ty Ler, Tyler, Zach and the Terrence. Shout out the terrence for not being named Tyler still starts with a T though it does okay, so shouts

out zas giving us a break here. As far as vernacular econom mcgovernor, you know, he's played very well this season, um and it it's going to give the Cowboys a

situation where coming into training camp. Going into the training camp, there are a lot of questions about old line depth and who was going to be able to play where Now you're going into the most critical part of the season, and they have a great problem because if they do push Connor McGovern back to backup left guard, which is back up interior lineman because he technically he was back up right guard behind Zach Martin, you have one of the better backup interior linman's in the league now, So

good problem to you know what I would do? What would Tyron gets back? I would do a heavy set. As soon as I touched a ten yardline, I'm going heavy. I'm going Tyron, I'm going Tyler, Jason, I'm going Tyler Tyler, and then I'm going into the right side Zach and then I'm going with tears like it and keep him out, keep him mind. Smac is also full back. Now he's your fullback. He's full bag duty. So they can put a lot of beef on. Should just do that all the way down the field for a drive, dude, I'm

with it. Just have just troll though, Yeah, just mcgoverning of Roman, just just wiping out cornerbacks. And with seven offensive lineman, you've got a fullback that's also an offensive lineman. Just have Zeke in the backfield and just rolling rolling downfield, just making you tear up a little bit, December football man, to get you to put on the beef on the field.

Hand the ball off, all right, give us a call eight eight eight eight five five two two nine seven here on talking cowboy is it is a talking Tuesday. Another thing Jerry Jones said today, excuse me that it was the grave. It might be I might be allergic to. Another thing Jerry Jones said today was that the coaching staff should remain focused on New York on the Giant.

And he said that on one oh five three the Fan, And in doing so, it perked a question to me, why why would he mention super Bowl after that game, and I think a piece of every Cowboys fan was saying, oh my gosh, if you can play like that, you could win it all. I included if they played like that against anybody. I'll take the Cowboys against anybody. But there's no guarantee to that at all. You cannot do that.

Don't do it. So with that being said, why would what's the reasoning behind Jerry saying super Bowl this early on? Is there a backstory to it around a certain free agent that might be out there. Well, he feels as if as as the team's prepared for the Beckham bole, he feels that Odell Beckham, who Jerry labels as an additive, could be the piece that helps take the Cowboys offense

over the top. Now, of course I could see where he's coming from having seen your offense, and of course Brett Maher had something to do with it as well, going four for four, but being able to see that offense fire on all cylinders and rack up forty points, and then you envision adding Odell to that. Yeah, I could see the uh, the rainbows and butterflies floating above Jerry's head after the game. But like Mike McCarthy said in his press conference yesterday, he said, there's owner Jerry,

there's GM Jerry. Ye he said, GM Jerry is focused on the Giants. Owner Jerry is Owner Jerry. How much from a player perspective, how much does what the front office say nothing leak into what you're doing? Nothing at all? Or is that is that how it should be? Or is that how it actually is? I can't want to speak from my experience, Yeah, speak from yours. Nothing at all. It doesn't affect us. That's two separate entities. Whenever you're

talking about the publicity aspect of it. What they what he talks about Owner Jerry, GM Jerry, that's something totally that's outside of what you can control. Right. So you you're literally operating in that locker room, that weight room, that lunch room, and that that field. That's your that's your bubble. That is literally your bubble. That's all you're concerned about. Anything else that trickles, that trickles down, trickles

down something. I had to pull it. I had Okay, I'm sorry, go ahead quick, playing with your food, Patrick, I like quit it only because we're on the air. Once we're off air, there will be no playing with the food. It's going down. But you just don't want that bubble to pop, especially when things are going well. And I know you lost that game against Green Bay, but outside of that, things are going well in Cowboys Nation. Cowboys should now know from experience, and I keep going

back to last year, but it's a great reference. You learn from your history. So if you haven't learned from last year that what you do last week, which you just did this previous week, it doesn't matter anymore. Then I don't know what other lessons you're looking to learn, especially when you got a game four days later. Absolutely so, I mean it's literally one week records, like that's all that matters. Forget what your overall record is. It is

one week at a time, you have one opponent. Every week, you knocked them out, You go about your business, whatever happened, happened, knocked them out, going about your business, and then eventually, when you get to the end of the season, you look back and say, okay, that's where we're at. Hopefully we've created enough space so that we don't have to be concerned about different tiebreakers and all this other jazz.

But literally, your focus should be that next opponent. Take care of your business and you don't have to worry about everything else. That next opponent is New York, a team that gave view problems on the ground. They were really the first team that really challenged you outside the tackles, and it provided a blueprint for other teams later on down the road to attack the run defense. So when we come back, you're on talking Cowboys again. Give us a call eight eight eight eight five five two two

nine seven. We're gonna take your calls when we come back. Also, we're gonna talk about the defense. in the back. We'll take we're taking calls. Give us a call a eight eight five two two ninety seven. We'll start things off here on this Talking Tuesday with Noah and fort Worth. You're on Talking Cowboys. Noah, how's it going, hey, y'all, thank you for having me on the show. Love the show, Love everything you guys do. UM got two things. Damon Clark over vander Wrenche. I think I think continue if just flow the way that I saw Clark shoot those gaps. Man, it's just I

don't know, maybe something to look at. Um. Another thing you guys were talking about Tyron Smith over Tyler Smith. I think Tyron needs to earn his spot back. Tyler has done so much and has improved his game so much that you can't just you can't just move them. That's a good spot. You need to have him that. But if Tyrone wants to spot back, he's got earned that thing. Noah, we are all about saying it with your chest on this show, and those are two say

it with your chest moments. Thanks for giving us a call, Noah and fort Worth bringing the hot fire. He's all about the youth movement. That's what that was, exactly what it sounds like. Noah Bran, I mean, excuse me. Demon Clark over Layton vander Ish at the linebackers spot. I liked what I saw on the second half from from

Demon Clark. I took him a moment I said that yesterday to kind of get in the fold, but I was I was impressed by what I saw from Demon Clark, very encouraging about him and his return not only to NFL action for the first time, but just back to football in general after the injury. The Tyler Tyrant thing, I don't know if I agree with this much. I can't hop on that bandwagon there. I don't think I'm on that one. This is not Jameis Winston and Andy

Dalton say yeah, yeah, it's a no for me. Dog as a negative ghost writer, Yeah, that's a negative ghost writer. Tyron Smith doesn't have to earn a damn thing because it's already earned. All Tyron Smith has to do is be healthy. That's all he has to do, and that's his spot. The only question is what happens to Tyler

when Tyron comes back. But when Tyron is healthy and able to get back on the field, there's not a damn thing that So you're saying, there's a reason why they're putting him at guard during the end of the Game's Tyron Smith is that dude when he's healthy. If anything, the thing that Tyler has earned is a chance to continue playing staying in the starting lineup and playing a guard. It goes back to what we talked about in training camp.

The battle was always McGovern versus Smith, Tyler Smith versus Connor McGovern, Who is going to be your left guard whenever you're healthy on the offensive line. I think Tyler Smith has also earned the respect of this teammates in the organization to know that whenever Tyron decides to shut it down, that they don't have to go look anywhere else. Fact, no doubt about that. The long term of future security at left tackle is in the building, and that's wonderful

for the Cowboys and for the mon Clark. I mean, it's no secret for everybody that that follow me on Twitter, follows me on Twitter, and watches Talking Daily as you should, best podcast in the building. I've been foretelling of Demon Clark and I am huge on his upside, and we saw that on the back half of the Vikings game. But I think that if you're trying to say it's Demon Clark versus l V, you're you're skewed a little bit.

It's not Clark versus l VS, Clark versus Barr and until Bark gets back on the field, Clark needs to be on the field, and then once Bark comes back, then the question becomes, does bar get his starting position back? So when that time comes, we will have that discussion. But it's not Clark versus l V. And there's no reason all three of those guys couldn't be on the field certain time, or at least both of those guys in different rotations. That's a good thing that Demon Clark

is doing. What he's doing right now is because it adds to the rotation. And we are a Demon Clark show. We've all been very high. Clark talked to him yesterday. Yeah, I'm man a biscuit, Isaiah, get that man a biscuit. Just told him, you know, a good job looking good. He said, Uh, he's a guy correct a few things. You know. His sides are always yeah, he's not he's not patting himself on the back. He's not hype. He's not like, oh yeah, I killed it. He's I got

work to do. First thing out of his got work to do. His energy is so just wonderful, infectious. He's back to playing football and it's just rejuvenating him mentally and he's having fun. But at the same time, just like a discussion I had with him a couple of weeks back. It's constantly about what can he do tomorrow? What can he do tomorrow? And that's that's probably part of the reason why all three of us tend to gravitate toward Clark. I mean, I would consider you a grinder.

I would consider you a grinder. I would consider myself a grinder. Right, Damant Clark is absolutely a grinder. Yes, And you could tell just by that one text matches there to you. That's talking about even though he had a great game, his best game as a pro, said I've got things to fix, I've got things to move on. A professional needs that mentality especially. We gotta find a way to look fast, is over all? Right, Let's go to the team and Philly, one of our favorite callers

here on Talking Cowboys. You're all favorite callers, but A Kam calls into every single week and it tends to get through Kim. How's it going doing all right? Oh yeah, no, no, no, no, no, the reception. Oh sorry about that, talking about brought the compounds something. But yeah, all right, we got you now. I was just worried about you know, not really are worried concerned the last couple of game. That's my call. We'll talk about the full starts of the offense. And

obviously that was after the the Detroit games. Didn't we going on to molly wop the Bear? There were going to Green Bear? People show them that they are. And I'm like, hey, Keim, do us a favorite, give us hang up, give us a callback. We'll see if you can get through eight eight eight eight five five two two nine seven. We'll see if we can get you back on the line, get out the compound he's talking about. He's talking about the slow starts is initially what he said.

I wanted to hear what he was concerned about, because he was talking about all the way back against Detroit and then moving into Chicago and then into Green Bay. And then of course I worried about Kyle. What's he worried about the same thing that I was worried about. In any game that Dallas plays, Dallas has to get out to an early league. Why's that because Dallas requires

this complementary game from offense and defense. If Dallas can get out to our early lead on the offense and the defense can do what they do best, which is what we saw this past weekend by getting after the quarterback. Historically, what we have, what we have information for is if Dallas gets down, then all of a sudden, Dallas is now forced to throw the ball forty plus times a game, and now teams are allowed to run the ball efficiently.

We talked about, you know last week how there's only been two teams now three that haven't ran for over one hundred yards against the Cowboys or two games. And if you're allowed a team to get up early on, that's not going to be the result. We've seen one hundred and forty yard games. You know, last time we faced the Giants, it was one hundred and sixty seven

yards on the ground. You just alluded to that, you know, you talked about the Green Bay games over two hundred, talk about Chicago two hundred and forty seven, whatever it was. So if teams are allowed to get up, the concern is can you throw yourself or do you have patience to continue with the ground game to get yourself back in the game. And historically, based upon this season, we

don't have any proof or evidence of that. Well, I agree with RS, particularly in the aspect of let's key it in on the run defense, one of the better ways to execute and run defense obviously outside of you know, sticking to your assignments, making sure that you don't step outside of yourself. Do your job, do your job, do your job, and then schematically, everybody needs to be in the right spots. Shouts out to Dan Quinn for what they did against the Minnesota Vikings. But get an early lead,

get an early lead, and then start creating distance. That also helps in your run defense by virtue of taking the run Russian attack out of the equation altogether. So I agree that fast starts need to happen more consistently. We see what the Cowboys can be when they get off the fast starts, because then they get to control time of possession. They get to continue to do what they want to do, which is run run play action chunk play, chunk play, run run play action chunk play.

So that formula goes out the window though, when you get out to a slow start and the opposing team jumps all over you, because now you have to scrap that plan and now it's throw yourself back into the game. And I do believe the Cowboys can do that. I just don't want to see them have to do that on a weekly basis, especially going into January. So all right, we do have a cheam in Philly back on the line and keep me there my fault. Y'all sound much

better here, so there is good to go. All right, y'all also trying to be not an area sheep us. You might hear it, but it's fine. Um yeah, my last my call, we were talking about the slow starts the offense, and that was after the Detroit Lions game, I believe it was. And then we went on there and trash bears, and then we went in and played against the Packers and I'm like wow. And then the all of a sudden we come out and we played

against and totally so they were trash truck you. So now I'm like wow, you know, I'm hyped excited, But then I had to comments up down like hey, hold on, the team has been inconsistent on offense. Now I just want to know am I right for thinking like that? Or should I basically still be hyped and rode his

way to the falls off. Thanks y'all, appreciate j Kim and glad we were able to get that in as well, so it's kind of what you were talking about, maybe a little bit different of a question, just talking about the inconsistencies of the offense. Should you be excited about what you saw on Sunday against Minnesota? You should be because you showed it against a good team and as a team that had really good players at all three level.

You know, there's only been a handful of teams that we can say that about this year, and so they took care of business. So you definitely should be excited about that. Now you can have hope that you see that every week, right, But the reality is there's some teams that are built differently than what Minnesota's built like, and there's teams that we will face again that have literally loaded up their defense to prevent Dallas from being

able to run the ball. We're talking Philadelphia teams. So yeah, so yeah, he's not in dangerous territory, but there's there literally are teams like that that are loading up at positions because why not just because they wanted they were missing one player. They're like, okay them. Our biggest threat

is the Dallas Cowboys in our division. If we can stop the running attack from our biggest threat, and we know that their past comes off of their run, then we negate their ability to be able to put up points that give them the advantage to be able to get up early. So that's what I was talking about.

That's why it's frustrated by about Dallas not making a lot of moves and you know in terms of trade deadline and free agency and all that stuff, because these other teams are planning for the future, like the games that will matter. They are not worried about right now.

They're using the right now as just reps, right, but they're preparing for that one game that's gonna matter, that's gonna let you launch yourself into the playoffs or launch yourself into you know, a divisional championship or whatever it may be, and hopefully eventually a super Bowl. That's what teams are loading up for. That's what Philadelphia is playing on. Philadelphia has now four goons in terms of their interior defense alignment, win all healthy and if they can negate

Dallas from running the ball. We know Dallas is a play action team. They are das I'm sorry, Dad's not a forty plus you know, a past guy. And if you take away the run that's what he has to be, and that's what teams want to force. They're trying to force Dallas's hand to doing what they feel like they do less confidently, and you know what Dallas can do

to kind of combat that. Plus that when the Beckham Bowl on Thursday, and then when the Beckham spree thereafter, because then you had another electric receiver to the offense. Can't load, and now you can't. You can't load the Bucks and those big boys that you dropped in and Domin Can, Sue and Josie, well, we're just throwing the

ball right over here now. And I think they're preparing for that too, And I think that's why they're loading up so much on the defensive front, because teams are I think they're trying to load up their front four as heavy as possible so that they don't have to load the box, so that they can be prepared for when Dallas possibly gets an additional weapon, whether it's a O'Dell, whether it's James Washing, whatever it may be, and they

can spread the field. Okay, yeah, well we'll spread out here. Well, we'll let me match our Divisa, but we're gonna leave those four or five guys in the box and they're they're gonna shut it down. So that's it could be so much funnel Christmas, especially if Tyron is blocked by then back now it's Tyron and Tyler like Eyler and Zach and Terrence against and Dominic Cannon len Vale and I like it sweating, Yeah, fireworks on Christmas. Yeah, or

Christmas Eve, I should say. But it's answer this question. Yeah, it's important that Dallas gets up early. It really is. No, it is, and I think it's it's important too. They know it's important to celebrate the victories because there hasn't been a consistent amount of victories this year, at least for the Cowboys offense. Cowboys defense has been great except for stopping the run and times. So, like you said, consistency, that's the only thing. That's the one you want to

try and find out. Said a few episodes of Goal. Yeah, once you show me you can do something. Once you just showed me you can do it twice. And I know we've talked about Odell Beckham Junior at nauseum in this podcast in this room before. That's not where you're expecting him to be. But he makes your football team

better by just being in the building. So that's where the excitement is with ob J. All right, let's take our second break. Chris Beam in the bank. We've got some massive biscuits in studio. We've got Maurice in Tacoma on the line. Maurice, how's it going up there in Washington? Are randy, But it's always good to be on the show. What you fellas? Alrighty, what's on your mind? Well? I just wanted to take a second to kind of reflect what that loss to Green Bay did for the Cowboys. Okay, Now, some of people may say that that, you know, it was a

hurtful loss, but I think it created a monster. It forced the Cowboys to kind of look deep into their into themselves and first leadership to step forward, and I think it may have been the best thing to happen to the Cowboys going forward. So I just want to see what you guys thought about that. Thanks for taking my call. Thank you very much, Maurice. Every Super Bowl champion, every one of them, at least since the Miami Dolphins and probably the New England Patriots when they went up

to the final game and lost to the Giants. Every other Super Bowl champion has had a loss in the season where they shouldn't have lost that game. However, we're just one week after that loss. It's too earthly to tell. I think, in my opinion, what do you guys think about the creating a monster? It looked like it did just based off of the one game that we've seen. I can see the reasoning, But is it too early

to tell? In that regard, It's too early to tell, you know, just simply because we're still we're not even at Thanksgiving it, I mean, you're still two days from Thanksgiving. But in the grand scheme of what might be, I see what he's saying, because after the game in Minnesota, on the way back, I remember having a conversation we're in I literally said, you don't ever want to lose a game. You just don't. You don't ever want to

lose a game. However, much like there's a such thing as a signature win like what we just saw the Cowboys land, there's such thing as a signature loss that can completely make you have that come to Jesus moment where you're look in the mirror and say, okay, listen, we have to understand that that can never happen again. And you carry those scars from that game for the remainder of the season to the point where let's say

you're up on the Indianapolis Coachs fourteen points. Well, now you're not going to relax because you remember what happened in Green Bay. Or you're up on the Philadelphia Eagles by seventeen. Can't relax. Remember what happened in Green Bay. So those types of thoughts can carry you. So if the Cowboys continue to use that loss in Green Bay to power them the way they did against Minnesota. Then yes,

in the grand scheme, I one hundred percent agreed. This could be the signature loss that helps to find the season that preceded the signature win in Minnesota. Michael Jackson, do you remember the time anyway? To the point of my guy, no, seed. You need to remember your scars. It's the reason why people opt to get tattoos. You get a tattoo for most times to help you remember something.

You get a tattoo to signify not only to the world but to yourself a lot of times, and it helps you remember why you do something, helps you remember somebody, helps you remember a moment, help you remember it's an occasion in your life. So you need those things to be able to look at so that you can always remember what happened. And if you can look back and say, dang, we dropped that when we're in this situation. Now, we're in that situation. Now, I don't have to repeat history

instead of creating history. I don't have to repeat it because it's already happened, and I have that as an example to look back at and say, ah, don't do that again. So is that the game that's gonna launch Dallas? Maybe maybe you would hope that they don't have to drop any other games going forward to help them remember what not to do. But every game presents different situations, and the one again against green Bay just happened to be one that they as a hard lesson that they learned.

Dan Quinn probably has a freaking scar going down his dog on back from the Super Bowl that he'll never forget. And I promise you when he faced himself in situations like that again, he'll it will never happen again, right just because of how how how much that hurt. So scars are necessary. Whether or not it's the launch pad. That game particularly was the launch pad. We'll have to wait and see. I like what you I like what

you did there. But the tattoo, and that's not saying that green Bay tattooed the Cowboys in terms of a beat down, but in terms of the metaphor. I like it. I think that does make sense and it's something to look back on because right now, Cowboys Nation is excited, and they should be. Anytime you beat an eight and one team thirty seven by thirty seven points on the road, you should be excited. Minnesota has a tattoo now, absolutely, they do, and that was a tattoo wing. Absolutely, I

mean they whooped chance, so Molly whopped. Absolutely. You have two you have two directions you can go after every lesson. You have two directions. I can either sulk up or down, And yeah, I can go, I can go down. I can stay the same. If I stay the same, I'm going down. And if I go down, I'm going down. Right, So either way, I'm either going up or I'm going down. So I can either use this as something that launches me forward, it makes me better, and I take that.

I take that, or I take that whoop and I take those cars and I move forward as a better individual, as a better unit, or I get worse. The Cowboys now have two signature losses. The one in Green Bay was the biggest of the season, but the first signature loss came in Week one when they were just a miss good points the temper by Buccaneers and lost Dak Prescott in the process. What happened afterward, Cooper rushing this defense,

they rattled off four consecutive wins. Now you're talking about a bigger signature loss because this one was on the road and you were playing well for the most part without the miscommunications. You go up fourteen points on Aaron Rodgers of all people, the demon you've been trying to exercise for so long, and you take your foot off

off the accelerator and you lose that game. So, like Asaiah saying, like you're saying, Kyle, let's see what happens, because this is now the biggest signature loss of the season as far as Green Bay, and boy did they've bounced back an answer. So if this propels them equally or more so than what week ones loss did to the Buccaneers, we're in for a fun ride. Feel pretty good about it. At that point. The trajectory right now is up. You've already seen what direction they went immediately

after the game. They didn't go down against Minnesota. They very easily could have. This could have been a two game losing streak, very easily could have because of how good Minnesota is. Instead, they came out and played their most complete game of the season. They were almost flawless in all three phases, and they just kicked Minnesota's butt from beginning on the road. So there's excitement there. However,

that deserves a biscuit, But yes it does. There is a turnaround coming this week on Thursday that you have to be ready for. Because the Giants are seven and three, they can win some games too, just like the Cowboys have this season, same record. We'll be back with you tomorrow to break it all down for you, little froy at home coming off of a signal. Good points, good point. We've got your matchups to watch.
