He continued in a limited capacity, so no set back there physically, saying for Marshawn Neelan also limited both days. They're trending in the right direction. We'll see how that goes if one if either of those guys are activated to the roster, expect them to take the seat that will be vacated shortly by Marquise Bell, who is going to be placed on season ending IR with that shoulder that he needs surgically repaired.

Ceedee Lamb some bad news. We will see how this goes.

He was downgraded from limited on Wednesday to did not participate on Thursday. He's dealing with both a back and a foot issue.

And that's not even talking about the joint.

Just keeping mind on the shoulders not completely healthy either, so wide receiver one is definitely dealing with some things. Hunter Libke on a positive note, he was upgraded from DNP on Wednesday. He was a participant in practice on Thursday, albeit in a limited capacity.

So much for the news that comes now because Zach Mark neither Zach Martin nor Tyler Smith have practiced yet this week. Both have been DMP Wednesday and Thursday. Both are dealing with ankle injuries. Zach has both of his ankles injured and he's dealing with the shoulder issue. I think all three have a good shot at playing. I just keep putting the pen in Darron Bland because it happened last time. Even the last time. Cooks has been champing at this bit for like three three weeks now. I think that did.

All right, I'm yet again going with the Marvin overshow Oh, I feel like in dan Quinns system he was going to thrive, especially last year when you had no linebacker depth whatsoever. And obviously he went down in the preseason and that was obviously rough. However, you use to Marvin Overshown in dan Quinn's scheme. I think he.

Loves tall range.

You guys like that that are able to get from sideline to sideline incredibly fast, and that is obviously what you have with the Marvin overshroon, who's a very much a splash player. He's able to get downfield incredibly fast. To me in dan quinn system he would drive.

Two things stick out for me on that specifically. One that's a credit to the versatility of the Marvin overshow and the fact that within two different systems you would expect either similar or better production out of it. The second thing there is it's kind of sad because he was drafted by a dan Quinn led defense.

YEP.

When the draft process was underway and you were getting into the weeds in terms of the twenty twenty three NFL draft, dan Quinn was the guy who wanted Demarvey and Overshown to be in the building because of the length, the speed, the acceleration, the downhill ability and the coverage ability for that matter, Because of the versatility that he has from a skill set standpoint. So I would have loved to see him in that system, and we just didn't get a chance to see it because of the injury.

You had to see it in glimpses.

Of preseason, and he was hype, And honestly, what he's done this year has proven that that hype was not a fluke. Now there's a lot of times the training camp pipe is a fluke, no doubt in media fans, whoever's out there does over hype a certain player.

That one was not over hype.

He was the real deal going into that year, and even after the injury, he's still the real deal, which proves that I think that hype was pretty accurate along the way.

But that's a good one as well, both of those great picks.

I just caught that point in your rundown where you said Isaiah can't say a certain name.

I like this is because of the fact that this defense was a lot more aggressive, and this defense was a lot more in your face, and his defense was a lot more Hey, Trayvon's Island type of deal. You came to that side, he was gonna be in your hip pocket. He wasn't going to be sitting in zone waiting for people to come to his space. I think he's a lesser player in this system. That's just facts.

Well, the turnovers aren't there.

He's a less less he's less impactful in the system. And if there's ever, if anybody ever has a question as to how important a system is to the productivity of a player, regardless of the player's abilities, this should give you a clear picture.

Do you think the results would be different if den Blam's on the other side this whole season?

I mean, I think I agree with Isaiah, especially in talking with Trayvon, and Trayvon hasn't done anything that blame the scheme or throwing zimm.

That's not for nobody has But if you listen to Trayvon breaking down why the takeaways haven't been occurring, you start to understand it's because he's not schemed in ways that test him to take the ball away and just put it that way. So I think I agree with Isaiah on this one. I think that's a good pick.

General consensus as if you're not getting picks, you're not playing well. And I don't think that's the case with Trayvon Dicks. He's never been one that's going to score high on all these other websites like Pro Football Focus is the number one that it just does not like to grade highly for Trayvon Diggs. But when you turn on the film, he makes an impact because teams don't want.

To throw his direction correct and especially.

With the Ron Bland not being available on the opposite side, teams continuously throw away from Trayvon Digs.

They don't go that way a whole lot.

And I would challenge you with this though, do you think that Calin Carson wouldn't benefit more than Trayvon Diggs With dan Quinn's I.

Think this entire secondary would benefit great greater under coach Quinn.

He was a secondary first coach though, I mean he brought pressure.

The personalities in the skill sets of the defensive backs that Dan Quinn has always coach has been in your face, I'm talking mess hip pocket, I'm going where to heck you go? Type of attitude, type of guys. That's who he likes. He likes those personalities. He likes those guys. He likes dogs, and he likes dogs because he puts those guys position to say, Hey, this is I'm putting you out there by yourself. You have to you have to have the confidence go out there and handle this
