Ryan Zeitz is a stand-up comedian from Richmond Hill, Ontario (even though he tells people he's from Toronto) with a comedic style that can best be described as honest (sometimes TOO honest), self-deprecating, and often edgy… 

As a staunch mental health advocate and peer support worker living with Bipolar Disorder and ADHD, Ryan also regularly explores the humor in his challenges with mental illness

He also teaches a 'Stand-Up Comedy for Mental Health' course with CAMH through their Collaborative Learning College  and he’s work in mental health and comedy has also led him to produce and host a recurring comedy fundraiser, “Mental HELLth”, in support of the CAMH Foundation
