P(OUR) was established in 2016 by Alex Kratena, Ryan Chetiyawardana, Jim Meehan, Simone Caporale, Monica Berg, Joerg Meyer and Xavier Padovani. P(OUR) represents what we all have in common: as bartenders, baristas, sommeliers, brewers, distillers and winemakers, we all pour. The name is a union between the words ‘our’ and ‘pure’, and its purpose is to identify who we are and clearly define our goals.
