In September 2015 I visited the small Shop and Distiller RUTTE in Dordrecht, Netherlands (near Rotterdam). Rutte is famous in Holland for producing one of the most traditional and authentic Genevers in the country. Masterdistiller Myriam Hendrickx showed me around in this very small distillery and it was great to see how much RUTTE and the people behind it, take care about tradition, craftsmanship and avoiding non natural flavors and dirty distiller tricks.
