A Message to the Unconventional Data Scientist

So you don't have a background in STEM and you want to switch over to data science and analytics. Let me be that voice inside your head that says DO IT !!! I took the leap to elevate my career by pursuing Data Science and Analytics. I am here to tell you that you can do it too! It WILL be a challenge, but it makes the journey even more fun. I don't just think, I KNOW that with motivation and dedication it will be a rewarding career in so many ways!!!

Check On Learning w/ Hypothesis Testing and Datasets!

Using the IBM HR Analytics Employee Attrition & Performance dataset from Kaggle, I did a check on learning with Hypothesis Testing to retain and practice the concepts. Using Python, Numpy, and Pandas, I explored applying this method to the IBM dataset in order to challenge Job Satisfaction vs Longevity.
