In this episode, I had the honor of speaking with the co-founder of Top Tier Sports, Frank Schettino. Frank is a self-proclaimed "Moore Catholic, College of Staten Island, Our Lady of Pity, G.O.A.T" in basketball. His passion and love for the game led him to create one of the premier adult men's basketball Leagues in Staten Island. In honor of the beginning of Season 3 of Top Tier Basketball, this episode highlights his process and mentality for winning and executing at high levels.
