Episode 72: Sarah Blas For Senate

Happy Monday,

Today's episode of Talk Ain't Cheap Podcast features a very special person. Sarah Blas is a Brooklyn native residing in Staten Island's New Brighton Projects and she's one of the frontrunners for this year's Senatorial race. Blas is the single mother of 6 children who all have some sort of disability and has been actively working in the community as the "garden lady" educating the youth on the importance of growing their own food. She also is a part of the Community education coalition advocating for equitable education for marginalized people. Her resume and reputation proceed her. I was honored and blessed to have her as a guest during her election run and find out her why for running. Make sure you go out and vote this tomorrow, August 23rd.
