She has previously been on the boards of Otway Health; Centre for Grief Education; Hope of the Amazon Association and Group Relations Australia.
Joy has a Doctorate in Organisation (Human Systems and Psychodynamics) and in her day job she works with individuals and groups helping them improve their performance, including as an executive coach, facilitating group dynamics, and undertaking Board reviews.
