From the title of this episode, you may be thinking what does football got to do with leadership? Whether a football fan or not, many of us would have tuned into the EURO 2020 tournament at some stage, but did you see what I saw on and off the pitch?!In this short episode I want to point out some great examples of leadership from two individuals in particular; Simon Kjaer, the Danish captain who really demonstrated what a great leader is in the time of an emergency when Christian Erikksen collapsed on the pitch.
