Opposing the Opposition

The ability to forge ahead move from where we are in this moment to where we are looking to go and who we are looking to become in the future isn't easy. Between the pandemic and our own personal traumas, the friction you and I experience is quite real and can be overwhelming.  That friction be it from within or from external forces represent the opposition. We'll need to face it and resist it if we are going to live well! In this episode, Dr. Stephen offers some support and direction for how we can do just that!
