Taiwan's electric grid once again failed this week, causing rolling blackouts across the country. Unfortunately, this problem isn't new, and it has national security implications, which we explore in this edition of the show as well as Taipower's poor record.
Note 1 : This episode comes 4 days late from recording, ironically in part due to the rolling blackouts in this story.
