S3 E1: Losing my Dad…

Welcome back to the table! In this week’s episode, the first of series 3 I share one of my most personal journeys - the loss of my Dad. I talk about my experience at the end of my Dad’s life and what the first year without him has been like. I also explore some of what losing my Dad has taught me. I can only share my experiences and it is important to note that grief and loss is unique to us all.
