Episode 7: “Trust me, I’m lying...”

Here we go.... again, Lockdown 3.0. Let’s chat about how we’re feeling at the moment. In this week’s Table Conversation I share how I tripped myself up by not following my own advice! This led to a tough weekend, thankfully, it passed and I can share my learning with you. Navigating TV, radio, online and social media - knowing that there is always an agenda and discerning whether that’s for your benefit or not. There is a thing as too much information and only so much we can do with it. Control the controllable! One thing we can control is keeping ourselves in the present as much as possible.
