Cire Services is a community based not-for-profit organisation that provides nationally recognised education and training and offers a broad range of services; including accredited and non-accredited training, childcare services, services for older people and people with disabilities. Effective relationships and alliances and a strong connection to the community are at the core of Cire business.
Gus has been in the position of CEO at Cire for over 3 years and shares with Julian her journey to this position, as well as some of the challenges the role brings, as well as her philosophies and values around leadership.
