Ep 1 "And Here We Are..." aka "Before I'm Creative, I'm Black"

I had every intention of kicking off this podcast with a conversation about the what and why of Sympli Creative but before I am a creative, I’m a Black Woman. With the world being at in a space of (necessary) unrest due to systemic racism and oppression, that takes priority. I had a conversation with my soul sister Jay Dean of Dean Street Creative and The Heal Space about how we’re feeling and finding self-care while still moving forward.
