A Body Scan is accessible to anyone.  It consists of bringing the awareness to the different parts of the body, scanning the body from the base to the crown. If you are new to meditation, this practice is a great way to start. Research shows that a regular Body Scan practice may help to reduce stress, increase focus and improve sleep. This 20 minute meditation that can be done at any time during the day.
