This week Oskar and Barry had a chance to talk about the idea of happiness and engagement at work.
Oskar has been delving into the subject and what he has found is that there's a lot that needs to be done to increase the levels of engagement and therefore happiness at work. Otherwise we have to ask ourselves what are we doing?
If the statistics are to be believed, then we are not doing what we should be doing because not many of us are happy doing what we are doing!!!
