With every growth spurt I’ve gone through, both physically and mentally, there’s been a mark left it its wake, a story no longer fitting cast aside.

When we cast off rituals or social expectations that don’t feel good, or match who we’ve become, what new stories do we adopt to chase our curiosity and build the lives/businesses/world we want to see?
