The instructions for Manny's recommendation: "Record yourself making sound for 5 to 10 minutes. When making the sound, focus on the act of creating the sound and your surrounding environment, and let all of these things influence the next sounds you make. Try to really focus on the action, the stimuli, and how you feel. Do what makes sense to you in the moment. Use anything and everything you want to make the sound. Don't feel pressured to make the sound "sound" like any type of music or aesthetic. Just let it be what it is."
