Passage: Colossians 3:18 Submission to one’s husband is not a popular concept to some in the 21st century. However, for the Christian wife it is a joy. In this lesson Paul will answer the questions, who do wives submit to and why they are to submit.
Passage: Colossians 3:15-17 Now that we have put off those ugly stained sins, and have put on those beautiful Christ like virtues, we now have five commands for the newly dressed Woman (or Man!) Paul will outline what these are in this lesson.
Passage: Colossians 3:12-14 Now that we have put to death 10 deadly sins, Paul will write what we are to put on. In this lesson he will give us eight Christ-like virtues that all of God’s children must put on.
Passage: Colossians 3:8-11 In this lesson we continue looking at the need to put to death certain sins. We will look at five more deadly sins we must put off along with three more motivations for putting off these deadly sins.
Passage: Colossians 3:5-7 In our lesson today we will consider the importance of putting off five deadly sins. We will also consider the motivation for putting off these deadly sins.
Passage: Colossians 3:1-4 When we answer the question, “where is my affection?” we must consider two things, what we seek and what we think. Paul will give us some helps as we begin chapter three, a pivotal lesson.
Passage: Colossians 2:20-23 In this lesson Paul will warn the church at Colossae regarding the danger of asceticism. What is asceticism according to the Bible and what are the dangers of asceticism according to the Bible?
Passage: Colossians 2:16-19 As Paul closes chapter two he will warn the church regarding three “ism’s” to avoid. In this lesson we will consider his warning against legalism and mysticism and in the next lesson the warning against asceticism.

Passage: Colossians 2:1-7 Even though the apostle Paul was 1000 miles away from the church of Colossae he was burdened for them and the danger they were in. In this lesson he will give four requests for those caught up in heresy along with four recommendations to avoid being caught up in heresy.
Passage: Colossians 1:24-29 In this lesson we should be encouraged as we consider the ministry that God has called us to do. We can learn much from Paul as he rejoiced in ministry, he had a reason for ministry, he had a resource in ministry, and he had responsibility in ministry.
Passage: Colossians 1:20-23 As we consider this wonderful act of the reconciling work of Christ, we will answer the questions: how are we reconciled; who is reconciled; why are we reconciled and what is the result of being reconciled?
