Episode description

Elaine, Mumtaz and Sara continue the journey into work when you're a Black, working class, neurospicey babe. How depending on the work you do, you can either be hyper-fixated and over-identified with it, like it is you rather than something that you do, or completely dissociated from it and alienated by it. They zone in on why joining a union is essential and building community, work and identity outside of capitalist work, can breathe life into you and hold you, and let your mask fall.
