Themes: COVID-19, Conspiracy Theories, 9/11, Extra Terrestrials, Talking to friends about hard topics.

Dr. Madhava Setty began his career as an electrical engineer being recruited by the military and working in the arctic. Then after an event inspiring him to question the motives of the science they were exploring, he decided to go to medical school becoming an anesthesiologist.

He has been featured on alternative media platforms like The Pulse. He was a writer for the Children's Health Defense, and has wrote a book called "Woke. An Anesthesiologist's View," an examination of the breadth and depth of the bias that exists in the media, in science and in our own minds.

In this episode we talk about:

☑️ The false idea of “trust the science” that was so popular during the COVID-19 pandemic.

☑️ Madhava reveals that 9/11 was what “woke” him up when he began to dig deeper in 2017.

☑️ How to talk to friends, family & people online about tough topics in a way that keeps the conversation open to both sides.

☑️ The importance of tuning into your own intuition when you’re not sure who to trust.
