Episode description

I just got off our first zoom call of the program and it prompted a question.  You suggested going into the areas that seem most risky to the self.  I do this all the time.  It results in continued panic and panic attacks.  I feel like I'm being re-traumatized over and over and it's been going on for years.  My brain seems chrystialized in this pattern. Is it possible for something new to be seen and have this fall away?  Or maybe it will happen and that's no big deal.  I feel like going into the risky area of my life is not even a choice, it's as if I have a gun to my head.  I don't even know where to begin to try to heal this through the body.  Resisting is happening and I can't control that.

Thanks Clare,   I loved seeing your beautiful face today and listening to your words.
