Daniel follows up last week's Sorkin discussion with a look at Moneyball (2011), directed by Bennett Miller, with a script written by Sorkin, Steven Zaillan, and Stan Chervin. I talk about why I think Moneyball is one the better sports movies to be released in the last ten years, and then I take a complete detour and talk about Den of Thieves (2018), directed by Christian Gudegast, starring Gerard Butler, Pablo Schreiber, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, and O'shea Jackson Jr. I talk about both movies at length so slight spoiler warning, but I don't ruin the movies.
