Sydney's Northern Beaches Council has introduced new dress code regulations for community buses, requiring passengers to wear clothing over swimwear. The policy was implemented after complaints from passengers about bikini-clad beachgoers and shirtless men making bus journeys uncomfortable and unhygienic. Bus drivers now have the legal authority to refuse entry to passengers not dressed appropriately.
