Heart Health Month is being celebrated with Red Feb, a campaign raising awareness for cardiovascular disease. Our Sunrise segment features a pull-up competition on the Gold Coast with participants from Brotherhood Gold Coast, including contestants Curtis and Martin, and a surprise appearance by the Cash Cow mascot. Curtis wins the competition with an impressive performance and receives prizes including Krispy Kreme doughnuts and a personal training voucher from AlphaFit.
