Every once in a while, I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep. I’m so tired I forget that all I have to do is practice my visualization scene, and I’m down for the count. I’ll do this again in more detail, because it’s the how that is key and an accurate timeline for this to become a natural relaxation point where you can tell your mind to go during stressed moments, so you can catch your breath and keep going. Or simply fall asleep. It’s not an easy fix. None of what I’ve learnt of any value is, but dang boy! It works! And it’s got teeth and is a path you create in your mind that is pure relaxation and can tap into anytime. Like I said, these are intro rants and I’ll explain in detail in another clip. So get into your comfy spot, think of your made up paradise, go for a walk in it, lie down, breathe in, breathe out, and go to sleep. Namaste 🙏
