Weights hold around one to two feet throughout the morning,

providing decent conditions. However, expect the winds to remain onshore at five mile per hour, creating some bumps as the day progresses. As the afternoon approaches, conditions may become more choppy with winds shifting to the west. Best time to ride is at 6 a .m. with a 2 -foot outgoing low tide when the south -southwest swell is 1 feet at 15 seconds and the onshore wind is 4 mph. The first low tide Tuesday will be 1 foot at 8 .30 a .m. with a 4 .5 foot high tide

at 3 .30. The near -shore buoy at Beacons reads 70 degrees for the water temperature. Wednesday through Friday features a mix of clean and fair conditions with waves ranging from 2 to 5 feet. Morning sessions are ideal with light winds, while afternoons see increasing chop due to shifting onshore winds.
