And now, it's time for the SURF Report. Wednesday in Encinitas and North County. It's looking clean this morning with NIDA thigh -high sets rolling

in. Weights hold around two feet throughout the morning, providing nice conditions. However, expect the winds to remain onshore at three to four mile per hour, keeping things smooth before they shift slightly later in the day. Enjoy the early session while it lasts. Best time to ride is at 7 a .m. with the one foot incoming mid -tide when the southwest swell is one and a half feet at 14 seconds. and the onshore wind is 4 mile per hour. The first high tide Wednesday

will be 4 foot just before 11 a .m., with a 2 foot low tide at 315. The nearshore buoy at Beacons reads 71 degrees for the water temperature. Thursday through Saturday features clean morning conditions with waves ranging from 2 to 4 feet, ideal for beginners. Afternoon sessions shift to fair conditions as winds pick up slightly. Friday sees a consistent waist -high swell, while Saturday's surf diminishes to choppy, less favorable conditions by midday.

Overall, expect manageable surf early with varying quality as the day's progress. This morning, it's cloudy and it feels like 66 degrees with no wind. issues. The lawsuit claims that this neglect at Sweetwater's 19 facilities in California has harmed patients and violated state law's minimum staffing requirements. A Department of Justice investigation found that Sweetwater's facilities fell below these levels over 14 ,126 times from 2020 to 2024. Attorney General Rob Bonta stated, Sweetwater violated the law. and betrayed the trust of communities, emphasizing the need for accountability and high -quality care for vulnerable
