In episode 16, Kala and Desi release a signature drink as they talk through the crazy happenings of our country. Desi damn near had a break down when she realizes the state of our country before the topic of the week is introduced: Mental Health. Kala gives inspirations to all talking through ‘mental health is on a continuum’. As Desi talks about how the history of psychiatry and ‘insanity’ deters people from getting help, Kala discusses the importance of strengthening mental health, especially during COVID-19. Topics range from medication to dimensions of wellness, but the liquor quickly kicked in as the ladies opened up quickly about the topic of the week.
