Follow Me, Part 1: "Jesus' Invitation"
Jesus doesn’t call us to be believers or behavers. He invites us to be His followers.

Jesus doesn’t call us to be believers or behavers. He invites us to be His followers.
Life doesn't always go as planned, but God uses interruptions as invitations. How is God inviting you to pivot toward Him today?
The more we want to follow, the more the Holy Spirit will lead. How is the Holy Spirit leading you today?
Conviction is an indicator of “God with us”.
God is with us to comfort us with peace, but we must choose to be filled with it.
Experiencing “God with us” is a choice. Are you choosing to resist or receive the Holy Spirit?
The path to transformation is paved with commitment.
Giving God our first and our best positions us to prioritize Him as first in our lives.
Sacrificial generosity is transformational. Are you following Jesus by giving generously and sacrificially?
God uses generosity to generate transformation because true generosity positions us in surrender to God.
God’s transforming work is UNFINISHED in you and in Relevant.
To become a mature body of Christ, forgiven people must forgive.
Your words have the power to build or destroy.
To be a part of a mature body we must contribute.
You must acknowledge, examine, and reconcile your anger to live in peace.
If you love one another, you'll confront each other.
Authentic relationships don’t just happen, they’re built brick by brick.
In 2009, a small group of people started Relevant. Since then, God has done so much transforming work in our church.
To create a church you love, you must be relentless about reaching people for Jesus.
To create a church you love, you must be a fanatic about the next generation.
To create a church you love, you must be connected in a healthy and transformational smaller community of people within the church.
We all want to be a part of a church we love, but that won’t happen by accident. Over the next four weeks, we will explore four commitments that create a healthy, transformational, and God-glorifying church that you will love to be a part of. The first commitment is to be engaged.
To be holy, we must live in a way that pleases God.
To live a holy life, we must choose relationships that will help us be holy.
To live a holy life, we must fill our minds with what is holy.
To be holy, we must actively choose to pursue holiness. However, achieving holiness is impossible without the intervention of the Holy Spirit.
There are four relational commitments that make us worthy of trust. The fourth commitment is, “I am committed to you”.
There are four relational commitments that make us worthy of trust. The third commitment is, “I will tell you the truth.”
There are four relational commitments that make us worthy of trust. The second commitment is, “When I sin against you, I will confess to you.”
Trust is the foundation of every healthy relationship, and trust is built by trustworthy people. That starts by looking in the mirror. Throughout this series, we examine four relationship commitments that are worthy of trust. The first commitment is, “When you hurt me, I will talk directly to you about it.”
