Hell, we suck at being newly weds. Haylan miller Key and Jared haven An iHeartRadio podcast. What's going on? Help? I suck at being newly wetters? Wow? Oh my god. Wow, what an on earth is? Right? Just think of we instead of I. Wow, what an on earth is to have us all here today on this beautiful day. I hope wherever you are, the sun is shining, the birds are chirping, the squirrels are squirreling. Oh man, what a great time it is to be alive. Winter is coming
to an end, Summer is drawing in. Dude, you live in face Yeah, yeah, we do live in Las Vegas. It's cold. It's very cold out there right now. Brutal winters, bal brutal for coming from LA. What's the definition of a brutal winter right now? We had three times this year? Yeah, thirties. Also, I'm in Los Angeles right now. It was hailing last night here in La. Yeah, I said, I didn't mess my words up. Hailing, Jared, there was frozen ice on the ground. So all I'm saying is it's been a
crazy winter La. Right now. I think the apocalypse is coming. Yeah, weather's been too bad in La Something's happening, Something's coming, The aliens are coming. I forget what podcast I was listening to. Maybe an I'm Sure expert. Yeah yeah, and he's like he's like, the apocalypse is coming, and we're just like totally okay with it. It's snowing in Los Angeles and at first people are like freaking out, but by day three everyone's kind of like, just whatever about it.
He said there could be fireballs falling from the sky, and by the second day people are just like, yeah, you know, just more fireballs today. Yeah, did you see that fireball today? She's dead. She's dead. Poor Susie. But great episode for you guys today. But Jared, I've got a question for you. You You very famously missed last week's episod out of help we stuck at being newlyweds. Yeah, I've missed the past couple. Man, Sorry about that. Guys.
I don't want to say it, but this is becoming a trend for you, and I just think you're going down a slippery slope. But I got to hear about it. What was what was the reason for a skipping last week? So the Pascal weeks we filmed a show in New York, which is a lot of fun for First Look TV, which is going to air on NBC after the finale
of SNL. And it's a competition show between two travel agents and they have to plan the best dates and it took place in New York, so they had to plan the best dates in New York for their couple. We were very lucky to be the couple, so we got to experience all these cool things, and we did the City Climb, which was insane. Dean I think you would love it, but also maybe it's not as adrenaline junkie for you because it's like definitely tamed a little bit.
But so you go to the one hundredth floor of the Edge Building, which is the sixth tallest building in New York City, and then you there's an observatory up there. You can go up and look at the skyline of
New York. It's beautiful. But then we did something called city Climb, which is you go two floors up and you get all your equipment on and then you get get tethered to the building and then you go on the outside of the building and then walk on the edge and then there's one hundred and twenty steps that you walk from where you walk outside to the tip top of the building and you're your twelve hundred feet in the air and you the whole thing is like
you lean because you're tethered to the building so you don't have much slack, so you just literally walk to the edge of the building. It was terrifying and then you just you They have you like lean over like this, and then they take pictures of videos and it's very cool. We're very glad we did it, but holy shit, it was terrifying. Wait, this was for the TV show. Yeah, so they don't make you sign like an NBA or anything. You can just talk about it. They want us to
promote it. Oh, I know, it's so different. We were talking about that with the producers and we're like, to should be hush hushed, and she's like, no, please, like put it out there. We want people to know that this show is airing soon and you can talk about it and you know, they'll be able to see the whole thing, you know. After the finale of SNL, so
I was like, yeah, totally, it was cool. And then last week we had the distinct privilege of going down to Tampa Bay, Florida, where there was a party for a company called Autograph, which is a great company, and Tom Brady is one of the investor like founders of this company, Autograph, and we had an opportunity to have sixty seconds with him. It was cool. We got the breakdown of the email of the day before and we didn't know if we we knew Brady was gonna be there.
We didn't know if we were gonna have a moment with him or not. And the day before they gave us a breakdown of what we're gonna do and they said, you're gonna have sixty seconds with Tom. We're like, holy shit, because we just met him at the eighty for Brady premiere, which is crazy. I've idolized this man for over twenty years of my life and then here twice in the manner of three on, so I'm going to be able to interact with him. So he came to the event.
The event was awesome. It was so much fun, and then we were in line for the meet and greet and we were the first ones, like you know, he was. Gronk was there, and Leonon Fournette was there, and they were all taking pictures with these people, but we were the first people of like the meet and greet, and so we were trying to think of like what we should do, or what we should say, or just anything, because you know, everybody's like, what questions are you gonna
ask Tom? And I'm like, I don't know. And so because people always say that I would, you know, choose Tom Brady over my wife Ashley or give the rose to Tom, we were joking about how it wouldn't be really funny if like I had a rose in my hand, as if it was a rose ceremony, saying that this journey's been incredible, but only one if you can get this rose. And then you pan over her and you see that it's Ashley and Tom Brady standing next to each other, and then of course I give my rose
to Tom Brady. So we were like, we have to try to do this now. So the publicist that was with us was very kind, and she's like, let me go ask Tom to make sure he's okay with this, because you know he might not be. We're like totally, you know, I get it. So she went up to him and she came back and she said, no, he's down for it, He's fine with it, and unbeknownst to me at the time, the publicists later texted me and she goes, By the way, I forgot to tell you.
When I went up to ask Tom about the rose, he looked at you guys and he said, yeah, no, I've met them before. I was like, holy, So that was awesome. The fact that Tom Brady he recognized us, Like that's crazy, and so I went up so of course went out to him, just like keeping my composure but obviously losing my ship on the inside, and shook his hand and I was like, hey, you know, I'm Jared. We met very briefly, and as I was saying Ady for Brady, so was he. So that was my first inclination.
I was like, oh shit, he might remember us. And then of course later I got the confirmation. But then I went into my quick speel and was like, we're from the Bachelor. We had this idea that I could give you a rose because people always choke about how I'd give my rose to you over my wife because I'm such a big Tom Brady fan. And he was like, yeah, that's fine, and so I told Ashley. I was like, actually,
just stand next to Tom. And then you know, I was trying to tell the publicists, like, just keep the camera on me, and then I'll point and just pan over to Tom and Ashley when I'm done with much peel. And then it was so funny because I then I gave Tom Brady direction because he was like, what am I supposed to do? I said, just look happy when I give you the rose bro and and I was joking later on with Ashley about how I should be
the movie director because I could direct. If I could tell Tom Brady what to do, I could tell anybody what to do. And so it was cool. And obviously so the video direct to cast the three. You can direct a full movie set. Dude, if I got it, I got it. That do you think do you think Tom Brady while you were performing her monologue? Do you think he was like, get me the fuck out of here? Oh? One thousand percent. I don't think he knew. I don't think.
I don't think he's ever watched an episode of the Bachelor, because I don't think he really knew what the hell was going on, and so, but he was such a good sport about it, and he was standing there and then I think I see. I think at first it wasn't the speel. I think at first he was like, oh no, what did I say I do? And then I think once I handed him the rose and actually
was like fake crying, and then he could. I think that then it clicked for him, like oh okay, like I get what they were going for now, because then he started laughing and smiling, and at first, like I could tell he was smiling, but I could tell like he was like, what the hell is this? And then I think it clicked for him. Then, Oh okay, I kept what he's doing now, so that was cool. And then of course we took a pick and and then shook his hand and I was like, do you do
the best? And he said, thank you so much, really appreciate that, and then that was it. He's gotten out the Bachelor is There's no way he doesn't. I feel like every American knows what it is, whether you watch it or what it is. Yeah, but I don't know if he knows like how a rose ceremony works, because in the moment, it felt like very much like he didn't know what was going on. So I was like, I don't think he knows, like what the hell of a Rose ceremony is I'm sure he knows of the show.
Who doesn't. Yeah, great, that's what I was thinking. Well, so do you think there's any chance of you guys becoming best friends? Are you going to be able to like message him on Instagram at any point? Or what do you think like next steps for you guys? Uh? You know, I might just ask him out for a date, see if he's down for that. Next steps I don't know, man, I mean, here's here's the cool part is that if you would asked me a few months ago would I
ever meet Tom Brady? I probably would have said no, I don't know if I'd never had the opportunity to meet Tom. Now I feel so much better in saying like, like, I think that there's potential that I could see him again. You know, even if those small interactions those are obviously like the fact that he recognized us is that was the best part of everything. Well, now that he's out of like I mean, he's not playing football anymore, but for now at least, which means he will be more
of a socialite, Hollywood kind of guy. And that does lend itself to be more like social when it comes to these types of events and things like that, So I could definitely retirement has been good for me. Yeah. Yeah, let's be honest, You're the true winner from Tom's retirement, which is which is great news. Um, I'm trying to think of anyone that I would be equally as excited for, or Klin would be equally as excited for, Like Kylin, who's your Tom Brady? Do you think Hillary Duff you
could meet? You could meet Hillary Duff. I feel like we've talked about this on the podcast. No, No, I'm not saying Hillar Duff isn't amazing. She definitely is. But like child, I was, Yes, I was obsessed with there still am, and especially after listening to her on that podcast, I was like, oh, I'm even more obsessed with you than I was before. Hmm. I feel like we could kid Hilary Duff on this podcast. I don't think that's she's like all the way up here. Oh, don't get
me wrong, She's a huge celebrity. But I feel like there's a shot that Hillary Duff watches the show. No. I think she went on the Bachelor two years ago just to promote how I met your father Because there was ABC and ABC. Yeah, but so did she say that she's never watched the show? No, I mean she like played along and she's like, oh, I'm a huge fan of Clayton. But I don't think that's true. She's on Clayton season Okay, I do remember this, Listen. I
think this is possible. I think it's very possible to get Hillary Duff on this podcast. I would bet a lot of money that it wouldn't happen, but I would love for his zappen. What about getting Tom Brady on this podcast? Jerry, can you pull some strings for us? That's zero percent chance. But the difference is I think that there's a chance that Hillary Duff is a fan of the show. And I bet if she is a fan, Kaylin, she knows who you are, like she'll recognize you now.
And also, furthermore, if like, what is Hillary Duff? You know obviously she's an actress. She is. The show How I Met Your Father's still on. Yeah, I think it's airing right now. So yeah, okay, so it's on. It's two seasons. There'll probably be a season three, so this is what needs to happen. There'll be I'm sort of event in LA for season three of How I Met
Your Father. So we're putting it out in the universe right now that Kaylin, you will one hund be invited to this event, Like you could get into this event and then you'd be able to meet Hillary Duff. I mean I also met another one of my like icons, like I love her and she was span at the show. So that was a very cool moment. Who's that. No, we're not going to say, don't don't say it. You were there and when we were looking at wedding venues. Oh,
don't say it. It was the coolest experience of my life. Oh what we all want to talk about it? No, No, I would be so embarrassed if she knew that we were talking about it. Well, come on, that was an exciting moment for us. No, okay, I guess I'm not allowed to talk about it. Sorry now, I hold on. But I don't need Yeah, I don't need you to say the name. But can you tell us why you don't want to say just because you think because we got at becoming best friends. Yeah, all right, I get that.
I get that, Like I have no shot of being best friends with Brady, which is why it's slow, like, I don't care all fanboy. We don't have a shot of being best friends to this person either. But she did approach us, and she did linger for a very long time, talking to us while we were eating our breakfast. I'm even embarrassed, just like rehashing it. I shouldn't have remeber. She did ask a sort of picture and we were no,
you're really embarrassing me. Oh. I'm just saying we were so excited and we were so happy to be there, and we walked out of that place and we couldn't believe our our minds of what just happened. And that's it. That's the end of that. Man. If I say her name, Kaylin, who's my Nope, Nope, nope on the next thing, because Kylan's already it's too embarrassed for us to even continue talking about this. Who's my Tom Brady? Kaylin? Um? Someone from ntage? Yeah, I knew you were going to say that.
Just can't be. It can't be that though, Dax. You love Dax, but I don't think you'd like freak out over him. I'd get a little nervous. I'm just saying, like, like Jared's had Tom Brady, his idol, his whole life. I don't know if I've had one of this. Yeah, I guess you were too young for Alway right, Yeah, and I've heard always kind of weird. I've got some friends that know him that or I've met him a few times and he's just kind of like an odd ball. Not that I don't think out over this, But you
love Russell and you love to defend Russell. Yeah, Russell Wilson. But I want to go off football like you went off the ball. So I want to. I just I wonder who it would be, Maybe like uh, oh lady, maybe like Neil de grass Tyson. It would be really cool to meet in life. But I don't know. Do you think someone like um, just because you know you've been compared with him, looks wise like DiCaprio. So they're gonna say Brad Pitt, Yeah, yeah, my Brad Pitt or
zac Efron. Oh, Actually, do you think Dean looks more like Brad Pitt? You look way more likely. Leo's got like the round face. M hmm. Well, let's be honest, guys. I don't like either of these people, but I do appreciate it. Um, I think that I don't know. Man, I've never really like, I've never really idolized someone to that extent. And that's kind of a knock at me, Like why can't I get excited about just not into
like seleb culture. I'm really not, I really am not, And I do pride myself on like when Caleen's like, oh, do you know who that is? And I'm like, I have no idea except when Kim Kardashian looked you up and down? Yeah, yeah she did? I she did. When did Kim Kardashian look you up and down? She eyed me once? Um, that's funny that you're not embarrassed about telling that story, but you're embarrassed about the other story,
because yeah, no, good. So there was like Calen is presenting at the Influencer Awards and it was say she didn't I fuck me? But Calen looked beautiful in this beautiful dress, and I showed up like in a black
T shirt, black pear of jeans and flip flops. And we're like backstage and Kim Kardashian's finishing her speech walking off stage, and Kaylin's about to walk out on stage next and I'm just like back there being supportive boyfriend wearing my flip flops, and Kim Kardashian walks by, also dressed to the nines and like looks at me, looks down at my flip flops, looks back at me, and like just like basically scops at me and scarries on them to day. It's great. It was great. That's pretty good.
It's a good story right there. Well, yeah, well that's all we got a little uh dis lead and yeah, that's so that's all we got. What else? Is there anything else shared that you want to talk about before we get into this interview that we're about to have. No, I think I talked already too much about Tom Brady. Yeah, i'd be nervous to meet Tom Brady. I'd be nervous
to me. Yeah, Aaron Rodgers, Rogers, I'd be nervous to meet Rogers just because I'd be like I I I think you're just gonna judge me, you know, Yeah, on the same show my brother was on. Yeah, I thought you just meant like he's just like kind of a judgmental person, which I could definitely see that and that as well. Yeah, he's like the kind of guy that you would go to like lunch with and then like he would talk shit about you to the waiter secretly
or something like that. I could see that being a possibility, like whispering about how much of a piece you are? Probably I want to ask get your thoughts. Jared on prenups a pre nuptial agreement. Yeah, my business manager was like, you need to sign a prenup before you marry Dean, And I was like, I'd rather not start off my marriage with a prenup. I mean, i'd sign a Ashley's looking at me. You You're worth more than I am, So if anybody wants to sign this prenup, it should
be you. Yeah, that's true. She knows that I wouldn't come for anything. I would just be like, no, that's fine. I'll live in a studio apartment. I'm fine with that in Rhode Island. That's That's kind of how I am, too, Like God forbid, Caitlin and I divorce, and again, Kitleen is also worth way more than I am or ever could dream of being. And you never know how things
are gonna go. But like, even in the worst case scenario, I can't imagine being like, give me half the very thing you have, you know, Yeah, I just thought it was a good thoughts starter. Yeah, I mean, I'm I'm down with the idea of a pre numb I don't think. I think the idea of going to anything with one hundred percent certainty is a recipe for disaster. Like do I believe I'm gonna spend the rest of my life
with Ashley? Absolutely? Do. I want to spend the rest of the life of my life with Ashley, of course, But like the idea that oh, just because I believe it and want that to happen means it will happen. Is I don't know? Anything could change? So yeah, yeah, I'm down, especially like if you know, for example, Kaylen, say you are worth more than Dean, you know, and say Dean wasn't the guy he is and he was a little bit more of a in fullencer who didn't, you know, wear flip flops to some sort of award
show and would potentially come for your assets. Yeah, of course, just to be like, hey, listen, I love you, you know, I want to spend the rest of my life with you. But you know, it's just let's just sign this and and and then move on. The thing is if Caylen and I ever got divorced, I would take my van and I would drive it to the furthest possible place I could reach, and you would never ever hear from me ever again. Like literally, the only reason that's sound
percent true. The only reason that I'm around right now is because of you. If it wasn't for you, I would be doing that exactly that. But I don't know if that's you. You really like to think that if we got divorced, it would, especially like we're not getting divorced. You said if we're getting married, we'll never get divorced because you don't want to get married. If we're getting married, we're not getting divorced, Like you'll love to kill me before we get divorced. But that's not to say that
you won't want to divorce me. If you do divorce me, I will drop off the face of the earth and you'll never hear from me again, not you specifically, like the rest, Like no one will hear from me, you know. No, you've your brothers too much. They could come visit. They they'll know my secret location. Anyways. Yeah, that's that is a good thought starter. Maybe I need some more time to reflect on it before I can provide an accurate answer. Um, we do have a great guest coming up. I don't
want to tell you who it is. I want you to be surprised when you hear her voice. So stick in through this break and we'll be right back. All right, Hannah, We're gonna just go ahead and jump right into it. Um, welcome to the podcast. We're so honored to have you here. We have been working for five years to get you as a guest on here, and we finally were able to pull it off. We're not going to hold any punches, we're just we're just so thrilled. So yeah, so thank
you so much for joining us. Yeah, um, well, welcome to the podcast. The episode is or the podcast name is help we suck at being newly weds and we know what You and Dylan are not wedded just yet, But do you guys suck at being engaged at least totally? Yeah? That's good. Okay, So same with Kaylin and I. Um, what do you think Dylan needs to work on the most in the relationship? Sorry, what if you suck most out?
I never do this. I don't even know why I said usually Dean starts the interview with like, what's your favorite color? No, definitely, let's do some icebreakers, like I never do this. Yeah it's Dan. I'll tell you my least favorite thing about Dylan. This is my last favorite thing about Dylan. Dylan is notorious for texting and be like, hey man, what's up. You want to like play some video games? I'm like, yeah, dude, I love that, and then he just doesn't respond to me anymore. That's what
I hate most about Dylan. Oh yeah, you guys do play? How often do you guys play? It varies, we go through phases, but yeah, uh well you actually came down, Dylan. I was just talking about you. Man, Dylan, I have to say why you suck? This is our first question he said, So what does Dylan suck? Yeah? I just I basically just wanted to reason to tell her about you texting me to play video games and then um just never responding to me after that. So I just
wanted to get that off my chest. Or when you're like I was like, is Hannah doing your podcast? You're like, yeah, do you want to come on? I was like, such a classic Dylan move. Yeah, and here you are, all right, Okay, okay, make sure you quickly great seeing anybody. Okay, things that Dylan sucks suck. No, you don't answer that. Let's let's move on to some icebreakers. Let's talk about uh, let's let's let someone else talk, maybe Kaylan and Jared. You
guys want to ask some questions because I put my foot. Well, let's talk about wedding planning, because we're both in the middle of it and you're getting out of August. We're getting married right after you. So I saw you tried on wedding dresses. Have you found out the one? No, it's now almost April, and yeah, I still don't have a dress or even really an idea of a dress, which is very like I'm just kind of annoyed at myself,
but I've been holding off. I think I'm going to work with a designer and she's gonna like help me do the whole thing. But I also need to be prepped for this meeting because I don't know even really what I want. So I tried on a dresses just to like look at the rist styles. I kind of like everything, which is an issue, like I don't know, have you chosen like the dress? Yeah, I'm doing the
same thing. I'm working with two designers. I'm doing like a ceremony and then a reception, so I'm working with them. But I found like, off the what I liked, So I don't know if we're gonna change like that much. Yeah, that's that's good. I have. I have my pinter sport is like all over the place, like I have absolutely no concept, and a part of me is like, Okay, I want like sparkles, but then I want to plunge. But then I like long sleeve, like this type of fit,
like it looks good. But then I almost want to be like no, I need to just like what's a vibe like simple cool that route? I don't know. I think you did two or three then dresses, Yeah, honestly I need to Somebody told me they did four. I was like, you're that's that's a whole other different type of day, Like you're just changing the whole time. That's insense, Like I don't think I'm gonna do four. I'll probably
do like two maybe I know. And even with two, I'm like because I wanted to do three, but I was like, Okay, you're doing too much. But I want to have time in each dress. You know, it needs to have a moment each one. Yeah, yeah, well, I mean the moment of the May dress will of course be you walking down the aisle, right and then so like I don't know what Ashley did. I know that
actually had two dresses. But the problem became, and this is something that you're gonna have to think about as well, is that if you do do three dresses, each time you get out of a dress and into a dress, it's gonna be time consuming because it's not like I don't know, that's what I found out with Ashley, because obviously it's like you've you know, you guys will have
it too. You have your hair and your makeup there, and like there's all this thing and everybody wants you to look perfect, and so like by the time you go up and then because you have to go into a different room and then get undressed and then put the dress on, and then make sure your hair and mape are still on, and then there's like a I
don't know, like our wedding plate. De Troy always wanted to Ashley to have an entrance into the ballroom, so we had to make sure that she had the entrance and the new dress, and so it was like forty five minutes that she missed out on because she had to leave change, like make sure she was all done, and then come back in at the right time. So that's something to think about as well. So if you do do three dresses and then that happens three times, that's like an hour and a half of the way.
I think. I think I'm gonna have to do too. I'm gonna have way too much phomo. I feel like I'm not gonna want to miss anything. You know, I don't even want to do like the photos, Like I don't want to be away from our wedding party for like an hour to do photos. I want to just
like pump them out quick. Yeah. Yeah, but the photos are so like these the photos are importance having someone who's done this, because that is it's just like those are the ones you will look at for the rest of your live, you know, your lives, like those are all of our wedding photos are now plastered over our house like those. So it's hard, right, And plus, you
guys are gonna have really good photographers. They are going to make sure that they're done perfect and they get every angle and they want every picture done, and so like our pictures, don't want all the angles and all the I'm like, you can get it. It's a lot, it's a lot, It's simple. Yeah kay, Then why are you trying? Why are you trying to play it so cool? You want all the angles you want? You want as
a photo shoot as those light will give us. No, because our engagement shoot we have so many um not our engagement shoot, our engagement party. We have so many photos and we used to photos thank you photos for like thirty minutes and that was plenty. So we can just like pump them out. Everything's at the property. We don't have to like drive or leave. And then I will say the difference between and gas. Sorry, I keep shooting because and this is also rightfully so, you guys,
both you and Hannah too. You guys are gonna want a lot of pictures in your dress, which rightfully so, because I mean, think of how much time and effort and love you're putting into the dress right now, You're gonna want to make sure that you get photos and like the you know, you're you're gonna look great and you're gonna feel great, and you're gonna want to remember that.
So it's it's tough. It's like it's the balance right between being like, Okay, we want really good photos and I wanted to remember the rest of my life, but I also want to experience the wedding and make sure that I'm not away from it for too long and we don't have a three hour hocktail hour because we're taking so many pictures. Right, I'm hoping that after all of these years, Dylan's like slightly more trained, like to be like us, just to be like, all right, let's
like knock these out and be done. I used to shoot weddings like before, like I went on the show or whatever. So I was shooting weddings all the time, and like I think people got held up by like poses or like they'd be like okay, this exact ins boon and you're like okay, cool, but like you end up just spinning too long. But if you go in, I think, hopefully with the plan, probably easier said than done. Knock through him. That does Dylan get grumpy when he
has to take photos with you? Um? Yes, but I
think he's learned that. It's probably I saw him like psycho, but it's not really productive for him to go through this whole grumpy thing, because I'm like, we could just knock it out really quick and be done, versus like this whole back and forth like should we do one or like what's the deal or like he's just like picking his nose in a photo or something, and I'm like, okay, that's great, but that will be the one I post if that's what you want, which sometimes is like I
actually don't care at all, actually most of the time. Um, but yeah, is what guys are just like just grumpy? Yeah? Why did you ask that question? As if you had a personal experience with it? Hate taking photos? You get so grumpy. I like taking photos of you, but I don't like being in photos. Yeah, and sometimes I want a photo with you and you're grumpy. You can see
it on your face and you're so unhappy. No. No, I'm pretty good at like turning it on, turning off the grumps for a couple of minutes, getting the photos, being and then being grumpy again right afterwards because I you know, and I feel guilty while we're taking the photos. I'm like, oh he's miserable. Yeah, well so I'm sorry.
I think grumpy too. It's a thing, yeah, don't. He has one smile and like I could like he turns into like stone, like he's like I kind of like Joe, like a little like something into it just like anything. And then he just just and like that's him trying, and like you know what, like you know it is
what it is. It's the same way. But also so I bring myself back to center because I'm the same way where I'm like Jesus, like I don't feel like doing this, and especially if it's a video like an Instagram story or a real and like Ashley's recording like her seventh take, and I'm like, I'm gonna I'm gonna lose my god damn one. But then I also sent to myself because I'm like wait a minute, like we're this is We're getting paid to do this. This is
why am I complaining about this? This is ridiculous, Like I was, I would be washing dishes right now if it wasn't for this, So you know what, like I should just be happy, and that's what you know if she always reminds me of that. So I'm like, okay, never mind. I needed to shut the hell off and not be that grumpy. Yeah. I got a question Hannah about Dylan's wedding prep Tessie, and I asked you, like potential or groom to be this question too, just for
my own knowledge sake. Has he started looking at tuxedos yet or is that going to be like a kind of a closer to the wedding day sort of thing. Um, I think he just started having the conversation like last Um, so, I think it's really early stages. He's working with his buddy Jay, and he did like all of his jackets for um when he went on the show, and then Jay ended up doing I don't know if he still is, but like he was, he was, he was doing all
of the Bachelor dudes styling. He's really good anyways, just like reach out to him. He's really talented. So, yeah, do you needs someone, I'm just gonna go to a tux rental store. You'd rent your wedding tucks? What do everyone rents their wedding tucks? Yeah? What so I I use black tucks. Yeah. Did you get paid for it or did you just do it for? No? No? No no no, but they gave um all the groom's been uh free tux for rental, and then they gave me. They gave
me my tux, which is really nice. I would say majority of grooms probably rent their tux. I would say, is it not a thing that guys just have tux like tuxes in their closet? Um, I'm may be used to. I may be used to, but I um got rid of all. Yeah, I have a suit, you know, Like I have a suit ready to go. I just think it's nice to like wear it again, not wear it, but like try it on like I want to. I don't know in twenty years to have my wedding dress.
I'm so happy for you to have your wedding dress for the future of you, But I don't really have any interest in keeping my wedding tuch. What if Hunter wants to wear it, I would say, great, this is the store name. Hopefully they still got something in your sides if bad mojo too to it, Like what if it you put it on and it's got like, you know, kind of a weird stories. Yeah, got a weird energy to it. That's who knows. Who knows, But I guess I guess you just got to take the energy and
do whatever I can with it, um, Hannah. I told Dylan I promised Dylan that I well, no, actually, I'm so sorry. Dylan promised me that you would come on this podcast and tell us where the wedding is for you guys, So can you just share that with us real quick and then we'll bow to the next question.
He's definitely so. I told Dylan to text Deed and say, hey, I don't exactly know what he ended up saying, but for him to say, oh, yeah, we're not sharing our location by the way, which I think you might know. I think Dylan told you and then you said, I don't even know where it is. But I think Dylan literally told you. Do y'all know where it is? I don't think so, oh didn't he tell you while you were playing video games y'all were talking wedding? I think
I think they talked about it. Yeah, I think that's that's possible. That's very possible. But I don't think. I'm I mean, we might end up like sharing it, Like I don't want to make it this big, weird, like secret thing. I think it's just more for like us, Like I kind of like that for once, we're not like just sharing everything I'm already like an over chair, especially like with social media now and stuff. I just share everything. So it's kind of fun be like, oh,
like we're doing our little thing. I mean, we got like engaged on television like this is like for us, we're kind of like, oh, like kind of fun. I mean, who knows, it might just come out one day, but I don't know if today's that day. You know, how big is the wedding um? One hundred to one hundred and fifty? I think, okay, yeah, how big was yours? We were once five something like that, like ray around
one eighty. So because the venue that we got married at Rosecliff, their main ballroom could only fit one hundred and eighty people, so anybody else had to go into this separate room and it was just not gonna be as nice. So um, we've got lucky. We sent out like one hundred and I guess like one hundred and nine invites. We got like ten knows something like that.
So wow, I'm kind of worried about that. I'm like, how many people are going to actually not come or we haven't sent out RSI We're really I wouldn't imagine for both you and Kaylin. Not a lot of people are going to say no to Goding this wedding. So just like FYI, you know how a lot of people give you vice and they're like, oh, you're gonna get so many knows. I think for your guys weddings, a lot of people are going to make sure that they make it so I would be you know, uh conscious
of that. I've got a question, Jared to the ten that said no to you? What did that U hurt your relationship at all? Or do you guys still Are you guys still friends? Uh? We're still friends. Okay. So just because someone said no to come to your wedding, you don't hold them in de eggs. If somebody said note coming in your wedding, would you really be that mad? If if they actually? I was curious, like, you know, well you and Wells are still friends. Yeah that's true,
that's true. Oh yeah, I mean you just like didn't go. I was in Pakistan. Yeah, but you could have changed that trip. I couldn't have There's no way I could have done it. I could have changed it for ten thousand dollars which I don't have, just laying around to chick go and change stuff with so you pretty much saying, so, what would worse than I already do? Okay, let's put a monetary value on this, so like, if it was so your friendship with Wells, it's not worth ten thousand dollars. Okay,
I get it. But what wow? What about like two thousand? Yeah, yeah, we don't have to talk about this. I see you. I see your point. I see your point. But also they didn't send out not that I'm not that I'm just holding it against Wells. They didn't send out their wedding invites until like a month before the wedding or something crazy. Wow. Okay, so that's like two months, three months.
It was a very short turnaround, basically like what I'm doing, Yeah, yeah, yeah, so you might get a lot of knows and if you do, just feel comfortable getting out of us. Um. And then his bachelor party was different too, because my brother called me like the week before and it was like, I'm getting married next week and you have to be there, And I was like, what the fuck? This insane? Yeah, just bad luck and it's probably for the best. Anyways,
I would have ruined the wedding. But uh, anyways, Hannah, I got some more questions. We got to talk to Hannah more that it's about than it is about me. You know, are you excited to finally put to bed? Because I can only imagine like the amount of people that reach out and say, just get married already, blah blah blah, because like you said, you did get engaged on TV. Are you excited to kind of put that all to bed? Yeah? I am wondering, like, is what's next?
Like are people just gonna be like, okay, win our kids? Like does it is it? Now? Is that how it goes? Because we've gotten a few of those now that we're like, oh yeah, we have a wedding date. Like people are asking that already, and I'm like, okay, this is gonna and I get it, and I get like excitement and curiosity, but I'm like, all right, so it's just really never ending. But you know, there were there were a few people.
I think it's I think it's like a one or two girls with multiple accounts that were for real like commenting on every single post and everything, like next level stuff about just like you guys have to get married or else I'm gonna like like kind of weird or old type of vibes and like, yeah, like constant reaching out to people we know and friends and following and like all this stuff, like like they have to get married.
Like it was just really weird kind of stop. But at least for them, they'll probably be super excited to day we tie them. Not but yeah, but then it's gonna go. You guys need to have kids or else. God, here we go. It's the orlts ones. I was like, we gotta we gotta tie them earlier. You should invite them to the wedding. I think should make a maid of honor. Maybe I shouldn't. Let's just invite them, you know, Yeah, that's what I want to do. But Kilan won't let
me invite the public to our wedding. Not that not that the public would show up, but I did say, hey, Kaylin, let's like put out an open invite if you're in the area and you want to come, want just get married, come on. I think that would be so fun in such a special part of your day. Yeah yeah, so like an open bar, Well, yeah, well I'm an open bar. Come getting drunk on us for free. I'm already complaining about the price. And he's like let's out a hundred. However, Yeah,
which wedding food and wedding drinks is so expensive. I'm shocked and I already knew god going in, but it is ridiculously expensive. Yeah. Yeah, Like the more people that say no, the happier I'm getting. Yeah. Yeah, we've only had two nos. But who said? Who said no to us? I gotta know? Oh, you gotta text me separately. I don't know people were saying no to us already Marty's I'm already so mad you already about this one? Yeah, you're right. Wait, who said no? I don't want to say.
I don't want to out them. Yeah, it's done out them. That's rude. Okay, what's the with within Bachelor Nation or not? Okay? I think that silence as a yes is that I don't know? Um okay, yeah, moving on, moving to Okay, So we're talking about kids, but you guys want kids and do you have a time frame? Not really? I it is kind of weird or I guess interesting, like now that we are officially like we have a wedding date and all of this stuff, that's not just like, oh, yeah,
we're engaged. We'll probably get married in a few years, like you know, like this whole concept. Now it's like, oh, we're like actually getting married, like we should talk more about future stuff. And I've always been someoney who like talks about kids. It's just like what I do, I don't know. But now that it's like actually a realistic thing, it's kind of crazy. I mean we're both twenty eight though, so probably I don't know five this years definitely, but
I don't know. Honestly, some days I'm like, oh, yeah, we could totally do this, Like I would love to have like a little kid, Like this would be great. And then some days I'm like I don't, like I don't even know what I was thinking, Like I have like I can't even book appointments for myself, let alone a Chile. So yeah, yeah, what you just described is parenthood. So you're fine because it's just some days you're like
this is fantastic and wonderful and there's nothing better. And then there are other days where like I just want to sleep and not have to deal with anything, and this really sucks. I also feel like Dylan will be an amazing dad. I get. I get really good dad vibes from Dylan He's totally gonna be an amazing dad, Like he does things all the time, even like now, I'm just like, yeah, he's gonna crush it. I don't neither of us have kids, but I already know that I want to be a Dylan as good as a
Dylan dad. You know, Like I'm still just like working towards being as good as him. How many kids do you guys? When I have we're thinking like nine. Yeah, we're gonna we're gonna have two of our own, and then we're going to adopt too. That's the plane about that. The other day. We haven't spoken about adoption in a while. Yeah, we kind of fell kind of fell off of it. But we need to get jobs first, or at least I need to get a job first before any type of kid comes out of either of us. He's going
to start building decks. Yeah, perfect. Yeah, Yeah, if you guys need a deck, hit me up. I don't know how your new backyard looks, but your last one was pretty sweet. So if you need a deck, I'm your guy. There we go. Yeah, we're the I think Dylan, especially like with his visor stuff that he works on for work, Like he's like I wouldn't be able to pray or a hide at the child right now, like I need to like knock out this work stuff and then go
from there. But yeah, some days I'm literally like, oh, like thoughts and he's like, so well, pers a little but yeah, but like you said, you're only twenty eight, so you've got some time to figure it out. Yeah, totally plenty of times. So you are having the wedding, you're not revealing the location? Well you did? You guys say it was outside of the United States. Yeah? Are you revealing the country? Huh? Are you revealing the country or no? No, okay, but I don't know. Somewhere in
Europe or somewhere like Mexico. It's what I've already kind of put out there, So I'm guessing Europe. I feel like it's Europe. Yeah, that would be my guest too. You feel like an Italian wedding. I do remember Dylan telling me where it was. I just I just have to put that out there. I'm not gonna say obviously, I never want to share remember without your permission. It was one of those moments where it's like it just
hit you all of a sudden, you know. Yeah, Yeah, I'm really excited, but it definitely like just out of the country in general, like adds a bit of a challenge even with like the guest list thing, and we're already behind in wedding planning. Yeah, I'm like all right, Yeah, we gotta figure this out. Plus, like August just such a busy time for people and for wedding, so we're like many people can get this on their calendars. We sent to save the day, but we haven't sent like
rs vps or anything yet. Yeah, me to do this week. Yeah, I'd be worried about. Like I'm already worried enough about people coming to Colorado for our wedding. I can't imagine having an international wedding. I feel like zero people would show up for us at least, oh my gosh. Okay, maybe like worried about. And I part of me like feels like some days I'm like, yay, like let's do it. I just want to do like a little vaca like it's fine. Um, but you know, I'm from Alabama, like
the South. A lot of my friends like don't really travel a lot at home, Like I didn't travel when I lived in Alabama either. Um, so I'm kind of just trying to figure out and sort through all of that. Um and yeah, so yeah, I'm hoping it's people seem excited, So people are going to show up, and I'm not gonna hold it against anybody, like if they can't make it or whatever, just because I've realized that, like it's
not it's like down the street like typically it is. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, what about like you guys as bachelor bachette parties if you started playing those yet? Yeah, So I think Dylan is doing Miami and then I think I'm just gonna go full Vegas. Nice. Wait, that's so funny. So I'm having my bachelorette in San Diego and I live in Vegas, and you're that is pretty funny. If it was the same week and we just fully switched, Wait in August, it wouldn't be in August. Okay, minds in May. Yeah. Yeah,
that's so funny. Soon honestly, Yeah, I have a bachelorte. I introduced everybody and then they said, okay, we're kicking you out. So I got kicked out yesterday, so we'll see how it goes. But so fun, it'll be fun. Yeah, who's your maid of Honor. My best friend Dina Um, Dina, like I we went to middle school together, high school, just one of the ogs. And yeah, she was actually on my hometown thing and we like always have this inside joke of that we love Britney spears, like it's
just we always like dance to it or whatever. And as soon as I saw her at hometown, she hugged me and she whispered in my ears. She was like, that's Britney bitch. And I was like, like, I'm just like hugging everybody. Hadn't study body in a few months, and um, I think. Yeah, she was able to spell a little bit of tea like during the hometown sing of what was going on in the real world. But it was great. So she's she's my best friend, she's like my sister. Nice. Yeah. Do you have any bachelor
of people going? We've invited just a few. Yeah, but I don't I meant to your bachelorrette. Oh no ah, No, it's just like literally, I think most everybody is friends pre most of them are friends pre show stuff, like I think my mom's even coming, it'll be is your huh? No. I was asking if Kyl's bomb is gone, she's not. No, No, it's and she could. It's gonna be very tame. It's gonna be like spot and pick a ball and and calm. But I'm kind of jealous. I'm not jealous, but I'm like,
oh my gosh, I've signed up for a full Vegas set. Yeah, it's gonna be great. It'll be fun, though, I'm really excited. You guys are gonna have dick gummies and bottle service at the it's at the pool clubs. Oh yeah, Oh yeah, that's that's fun though. You know, that's always fun to go out there and kind of just live it up for you know, it's notthing different. Yeah, I want all
the cheese. I want the whole experience. I want to like fully bachelorette it up, and I want to wear like a little headband that says I'm getting married or something kind of I want to have a night or fully. Yeah, I need to do that, So get out of my system. Well, Caitlin, I am very jealous. I'm not gonna lie to pick a ball and spa So I'm just fantastic, right, I can't. I hate being hungover. I can only drink if I drink more than three glasses of wine or even three,
I get hungover. So I'm like just gonna be minimal drinking. I don't believe it. I believe it when I see it better. Can I's gonna be wasted curled over a toilet. Absolutely not. Yeah, I'm actually not even gonna be drinking at mine. But thank you, Kaitlin. What was the last time to me threw up because of drinking? Oh my gosh. College. Okay, so it's been a while, yeah, not for me. Two weeks ago, I've been getting like really motion sick. This
isn't this is true. I'll get I'll get like buzzed, and then I'll get in a car like not driving, I'll be like passenger, especially if I'm in the back seat, and just get so nauseous and all. I was puking out of my friends like passenger window a couple of weeks ago, because I just get our engagement party. He threw up and threw up all over my car. Nice, Oh my gosh, it was so well. Okay, but was it over or were you like I got a break
in puke. We went to the after party. Yeah, we went to the after party, and I was in the back of the car on the way to the afterparty, and I just got nauseous. Walked in and I had to go puke upstairs, and then I was like, I just gotta go. I gotta get out of here. So I told Kylin. I was like, Kylen, I just want to go home and go to bed. And Kaylan's like, great, get in my car. Go to get in the front door passenger seat, and there's millions of boxes in it.
So I was like, Kyleen, how where am I supposed to sit in this car? And She's like, oh, let me push a box to the side, and so I get in the back seat with the seat folded down. So I'm like fetal position in the back of her car surrounded by boxes. She makes like three turns and I was like, Kyleen, I'm puking all over the side of your car right now. We had to drive like thirty minutes to Calibigos, which is way up in Malibu, like up, and oh my gosh, dude, I did not
miss Windy. I can't. I can't like drinking a lot. It's not my thing either at all. Like I can't do it anymore. I can't hang o well, you got one more weekend in Johannah apparently. Yeah, I'm a little nervous about it. But it's always fun drinking with friends, you know. I mean, you're they'll make sure that you're taking care of It's the worst when you're drinking like with that one. I guess it's different guys too, when you drink with like that one buddy who just will
ditch you. Yes, you know, yeah, you'll be with good friends. Yes, it'll be a good time. Wedding wise, are you guys going to do a first look? Do you? And I've been talking about this a lot so much about before, Yeah, we we should. We need to decide and kind of like go through like what the day of events kind of are um. At first, Dylan was very much like, oh, I want to see you the first time down the aisle, like we're all the way out here, like we might
as well just like have this moment. And I'm like, yeah, like I agree, like you know whatever. But I think once he kind of figured out that we would have to leave our cocktail hour, which would be wait cocktail or like whatever the cock is that what it's called the little about hour to go take photos then and like leave all our all of our friends and family. He was like, mmmm, maybe not so, so we might end up doing just something before and then hanging out
with everybody the whole time. I think that's going to be the most important part, is like hanging out with our friends and family there the entire time, versus I don't like want to do a bunch of dress changes, like I don't want to leave people, like I don't know what about you guys, Yeah we're doing one. Oh my gosh, you're so ridiculous. I was very out of it about no, and so was Dean. But like, the
only appeal is to get the photos done. But then I'm like, if that's all it's about, then do we just I want I don't think Dean's gonna cry, And if there's a chance he's gonna cry, it's not at a first, Like it's gonna be me walking down the aisle. So so you are you trying you want me to cry? Are you trying to sit out to cry? Cry? Jared?
Did you cry? Yeah? Yeah, I cried. It was also because um, it was so my I would suggest seeing you'd walk down the aisle for the first time because it is such a moment, And yes, it does suck where you get taken away and you take pictures, but also that is a moment as well where after you get because now you're you're taking pictures after you said I do, so there is that fun, flirtatious banter of being like hi wife, like holy sh and you take
pictures and there's those moments between you and I totally understand of like, hey, we want to go back and hang out with our friends. But honestly, once you're in there hanging out with your friends, I mean, you're you're hanging out with everybody, but you're also just like everybody's gonna find time to hang out with you, whether you take pictures or not. And then just that I'll never forget that moment for the rest of my life, you know. And I'm sure a first look can do that as well.
But the idea of seeing Ashley walk down the aisle for the first time in the wedding dress, and we were you know, we didn't stay together the night before, so we had the rehearsal dinner and then we went our separate ways and then I hung out with the guys all day on the wedding day, and then just seeing everybody walk down the aisle because you know, the doors open up, and like, you know, I saw a dean walk the aisle and all my friends and family and my sister and my dad, and then and then
at the very end is you know, the doors open up, and then there's Ashley and her wedding dress with her dad, and it was just, you know, it's very overwhelming and emotional, and I was like, I, you know, it was such a moment to me that that I think that, you know, that's what I would suggest doing. Well, you guys do that you'll sleep separately the night before at the wedding. Um, I don't know. I mean, like the way it's to
set up. We're trying to figure that out. I think a part of us just wants to be like low key and be like, yeah, let's just sleep together, Like who cares? Like I honestly, I'm such a weirdo with sleep, Like I'm very like routine and like like when I sleep next to Dylan, like I sleep so much better versus like sleeping with anybody else. So like my friends are like sleeping alone, Like I don't know. So I'm like if I'm well rested. The next day, we talked
about just sharing a room. Yeah, is that bad? Does that ruin everything? No? Whatever, I don't think it's bad. I don't think it's bad either. Are we gonna do that? Kalin? What are we gonna thinking about that? So, the way our wedding works, everyone's going to be at the property, um, and there's no extra bedroom, so I think we might have to sure, please please sleep in the van the night before you can get married. It's very appropriate. I think it's so symbolic. And then we can consummate in
the van of the day after. Yeah, and that's also where it ended. So Dylan didn't He's never he hadn't been to like a bunch of weddings until like this past year, like really ever. So I had mentioned it to him and I was like, yeah, like, should we do the thing where we like don't sleep together the night before? He was like what the hell? I was like, yeah, don't, like it's like a thing. He's like, no, I've never heard of that. There's no way that's the thing. But
I don't think he realizes that. It's so that you have this like built up kind of moment the next day and but yeah, he didn't know it the thing, but I think it's fine, like sleep together and then it's like the whole day you're getting ready with he's getting ready to the guys, that's true. What time are we getting married at? Like in the day, it's like an afternoon thing. It's got to be an anything four pm? Interesting? Okay. I love how Dean knows nothing about his own wedding
right now, right, where is it? Are you going to be at? The officer who's getting married? Is it going? It's great? Well, we have a time or of like noise orderance that I think we have to be quiet by ten or eleven? Gotcha, yeah, perfectly. Noise order order. How do you say it? Ordinance? Noise order ordinance? Yeah, dance whatever, right, they just have you keep it down. Yeah. Yeah. And it's on a Saturday or on a Sunday. I can't remember, of course, say it should be a Saturday. Okay, cool,
just making sure, just making sure. So do you think seen you'll wear a classic black tucks? Are you gonna go something crazy classic black tucks with a nice big penguin tail on it? Oh? You know those like with the like the long long back that's what I want to wear. It's nice. You know, maybe maybe I'll might go blue. I haven't decided yet. I think blue might go well because it's gonna be fall in Colorado. But we'll see. We'll see. Is Dylan sharing like um ideas
with you of what he's gonna wear? Yeah, no he's not. But I can definitely get some inspell from you guys once I see the pictures come out, we get the privilege of going after Oh I thought I directed at me too. I was like, I mean maybe Dylan talks to me about what he's gonna wear. Who knows? Yeah, I think Dylan he typically texted what do you think of this? Tucks you though, but you know he did mission is Jared, did you haven't? Did you have like
a jacket change? I heard Don't kind of likes like switching it up, so I could see him doing something and then just putting on another jocket or something going out. Yeah,
a lot of guys do that. Were they'll like a buddy of mine wore blackjack, you know, full black talks to his wedding and then when after pictures he change into a white jacket with the black So yeah, you know't just a different jacket, Jane, but a lot of guys do you, you know, just like you guys you girls do where you change your dresses and you know it's a different look. You know, you gotta keep it,
keep it spiffy. Yeah yeah, Kilan, are you is your second dress super bridle or is it like just like a formal dress or something or like a fun Ye? Yeah, the first one's very traditional and then the second one is just sexier. Yeah. But as we did pageants, so it's like, I think Paget's helped me a lot knowing I've worn all these other dresses, so now I'm going
to do something completely different. Yeah, it helps, but then it sometimes it hurts me because I don't I feel like I'm all over the place with styles I like. And maybe it's just because I'm like looking at everybody else's weddings and stuff and I get lost with it. I'm like should I do this? And should I do this?
And I'm like I should to figure out, like within like what do I actually like because it's easier for me to be like, Okay, this one's easy, it looks great, move on, but I need to like actually do things that I genuinely like versus looking the easy rout. But will you do more fittings before you start designing something? Um? Uh, I should probably figure that out. I I'm flying to this to the design meeting in like three weeks, I think, so I have three weeks to kind of figure it out.
I guess yeah, it will all come together. So many things, well, you will figure it out. It's all gonna come together. I promise you all in that like there are so many things leading up in the last week, we're like, oh my god, we still to do this and that and that, blah blah blah, and it all comes together and it all works out and it's all wonderful. Were you guys like all big, like oh, like one day my wedding will look like this, or like was Ashley
like that? Or Kaylin like have you always been like, oh, I like I am a big wedding peru or Ashley it was more like that. She's always kind of dreamed about where her wedding day was going to look like I just wanted to get married in Rhode Island, and all Ashley wanted was a venue that was indoors. But if you open the doors you could see the water, so I was like, I could do that. That's no problem.
Rhode Island can supply that. And then once we got engaged and started talking about a wedding, I'm sure you guys have the same as that conversations where it was like, okay, do we do a big wedding or do we put a down payment on a house? So what the hell do we do? And then we you know, talked to the family and talked about us, and we decided to
do a big wedding. And then you know, that's when we were looking at venues and hired our wedding planner and decided, okay, this is what we kind of we want like more of like a gat speed field to it. So that's where we went. Yeah, but you got both. You got the wedding and you got the house. I know. Well, yeah we did buy a house. I mean, yeah, it's a very nice house. I love our house. Yeah, I saw. The three of us are all kind of in that boat.
We all have homes in the weddings. So we're doing book. Yeah, well look at us. Yeah, we're so we're adulting, guys. We're at great adulting by us. Although we do want a second house, Kalin, and but instead we're getting married, so that's a choice that we have to make. We've we've also run into that. Yeah, yeah, where would your second house be? I really just I just want to
start getting in the real estate realm. It's not even like I want to live somewhere necessarily right now, like we love San Diego, but I just want to start like doing real estate and renting out and stuff like that, which I haven't done yet. So yeah, that's kind of how we are. We want to place in Colorado, but we're still unsure about what that means and if we're serious about it enough or not. But Hannah, I know you're from Alabama. How were you raised in Alabama? Yeah?
How do you sound? Way you sound? I don't know. Um, it's always so funny when people are like, so why did you get rid of your accent? And I'm like, I never had, like this is my accent, Like I say, y'all, And I like, I think I do like more Southern things just in general. But yeah, I don't know. I'm from Birmingham, so I like Hannah be for examples from it's only like forty five minutes away. From me, but
it's just that's how Alabama is. It's like you're like wherever I lived, like was Birmingham, and all my friends stuff like me just like normal, like not really an accent at all. And then you drive, you know, twenty minutes away and you're like roll toad, let's do it, and likely and my cousins and everything, like it's just such a different thing. My dad is very Southern though, like extremely southern. And then my mom, I think talks is kind of like me. So I don't know. I
think it's how you end up talking. My friends very like they say, like a little like me. So we all say like a lot like a Valley Boys back. You guys were all in the same season, huh yeah yeah, wow, what a season? What a season? You anna b Kaitlyn obviously, Cassie Paitia. Wow, yep, what a crew. Damn. There are some like iconic like kind of people on there for sure. Yeah, Kitleen, were we in the same bunk room? Yeah? No, yes, yeah, I stopped above you. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yep, yep, yep, yep.
Did we talk about it? I don't know if you and I talked about it or I was talking about it, definitely with Katie, who was also like Katie Moe, and I was talking about it with her. I don't know if I told you about I would like cry myself to sleep a lot of the nights, and I was like being like really quiet, and Katie was like, oh my god, I was crying myself to sleep too, So we like being silent, and I'm like and I like have a blanket over my head because I'm just like
so like, like what am I doing? Or this isn't the beginning whenever I was kind of homesick or whatever. But I don't know, you had two roommates in there that were bawling their eyes out every night. I had no idea. So now that I'm thinking about it, I think you slept at the top. Katie slept next to you, and I slept below Kaye. I was below, so we slept next to each other. Are those rooms? I think I think Katie was above me. I don't know. We are in the same room. We were right next to
each other. Hannah, So my brother not too long ago, we were like in the middle of lunch or something, and he stops lunch completely and he goes do you ever think how weird it is that you're marrying a person you met on a TV show. I was like, yeah, it's pretty weird. I guess do you have you ever had a family member say something similar to you where it's like, I can't believe you're married a guy you
just met on on TV. I still think about it every single day, and Dylan and I like, we you have to like address address it or whatever, because it's not normal. I never thought for a billion years that I would like even be on a podcast with people that I had like seen on TV before like this.
It's I'm still like very I don't know if the imposter syndrome is the right thing, But still, day to day, every single thing I do, even planning a wedding, like I have a hard time kind of catching up to it because it's just like and maybe it's just our age or maybe it's just the crazy life thing that happened to us, but like I still feel like I have to like slow down and be like, Okay, Hannah, who's like from Alabama, Like I'm still in my head.
I'm like still my fifteen year old self, and I'm just experiencing all these crazy cool things, and I'm getting married to Dylan who I met on a show. It just makes I can't quite grasp it for some reason. But some days I'm just like, okay, just to slow down and like experience it because it's just it's crazy. Yeah, we're very lucky. That's true. We are very lucky. I
trust me. I feel the exact same way when people, you know, if they come into Audrey's and they're like, oh, this is like Jared, Tell this person doesn't know who you are, tell them like what it is, and then I'll go through the story. I'm like, well, like I was on Bachelor, ede and my wife was on Bachelor, and then I'll go through the whole story of like two minutes of it, and then I'll be like, Wow, that is fucking crazy. That's that's my love story right there.
That's how it happened. That's the weirdest thing ever, because you're right handy. You just we're just living it. You know, we're very lucky and blessed, and it's crazy. You're just living And I got one more question before we let you go and get back to your life. Um, we were just talking about it before you joined the zoom call. We're talking. We're talking about prenuptial agreements. Are you guys gonna sign one? What do you think about them? Um?
You know we should probably have a convoe So you haven't talked about it? No, No, but I will. No, Well, we kind of have. I think we are and this is and even just about this, I think we're both really big and too. Like he has his business, I have mine, and that's important at the end of the day. We I don't know, it's always just kind of like one of those like silly conversations, but like, I think we're pretty big into like even just how we spend
now or buy homes together or whatever. We're not even married, but we kind of just do. Like he puts it in his portion, I put in mine, and I think that potentially it'll, like, you know, whatever we end up doing, we'll reflect that in some way or sort. I don't know what about y'all. My business manager asked. She was like, before you get married, we need to have this conversation. And I brought it up to Dean and he was like,
absolutely not. It shows how much your business manager really sixteen Get him to sign a get him to sign it now. He needs to sign it now. I know we're six months away, but he needs to sign it right now. Yeah. I mean, I can see why someone would say that, and I can see why I would not want to sign one, but I don't. I'm not going to sign one. If you really want me to, Kayalen, of course I will sign it. Yeah. No, no, we did. We came to we talked about it, and I think
we decided No. I'm in the same boat with Dean, where if Ashley was like, hey, I want you to sign a prenup but be like, yeah, that's fine. I mean, yeah, I could care less. Honestly. I think I'll bring it up to him and we'll see if it's like an easy combo and we're like, yeah, let's just have one. But I don't. I don't like the concept of it. I feel like even just that whole entire realm is
so uncomfortable and kind of weird for some reason. But I'm like, yeah, I wish there's a way to have a conversation about stuff like business things or whatever where it's not like, oh, yeah, that means you're going to break up, like but yeah, yeah, yeah, you should secretly tape Dylan while you ask him the question and then just post it and then still the action to me asking him to sign a prenup. New viral TikTok, Yeah, viral,
I bet too. My brother and his wife just signed a post up and that's kind of I think what sparked the whole conversation for us as well, was they, you know, now they're signing a post nup, which is an interesting thing, but it was kind of more of like a requirement from his wife's dad, who's her late dad, doesn't matter, but they're still signing a nuptial agreement. And it's just an interesting conversation because some people are really they swear by it, and some people just don't seem
to care. So I don't know. Yes, we'll see. Yeah, I'll add it to my list of things to run. Yeah, if you don't have enough on your list right now, we'll see. Well, Hannah, thank you so much for joining us. We really appreciate it. You're awesome. Please give it our love to Dylan as well. Tell the thanks for stopping by, and then you know, next episode we'll have Dean reveal where your wedding is. So sounds good, cool, but nonna thank you so much. Cool hang out. Yeah, we had
a blast with you. Sorry you had to suffer through this hour, but we really appreciate you being here. We love you and Dylan both. I cannot wait to get wedding and spoke from him. Congrats you guys. Thanks. I wish Yaws was before ours so we could get inspoke from you. From you, but Jared will from your so perfect you think it's an accident.
