Hello everyone. And welcome back to Success Engineering. So we're wrapping up Season five with a couple more amazing guests we have here in June, but I wanted to give you guys a sneak peek of what the next season, Season six is going to look like, because everything's about to change. I've been thinking a lot about how I want to be able to provide more lasting value to you guys, my listeners.
And I've gotten some feedback from a number of you asking whether I'd ever considered doing expert interviews around specific topics. And this kind of got me thinking as to what the most important aspects of living a successful life are. So what topics, what areas would be the most beneficial to talk about?
And so I decided to base this next season, mostly off of the six categories of life that I talk about in my success engineering ebook, which you can actually download at www.Successengineering.org. And just a reminder, what we're looking at again is not the appearance of success, but how can we feel like a success or feel enough in these six areas of life. So physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally, financially, and spiritually.
So I decided I would focus on each one of these overarching topics for a month and then get experts to talk about specific mindset, tools, habits, skills, et cetera, that you can implement immediately to continue to engineer your success in each of these areas. Now don't worry. We still get to hear a ton of incredible stories of how these experts got to where they are today.
All their fears, their doubts, the successes, the failures, along the way, but the focus will be on ensuring that there are specific practical takeaways that you can begin using right away. And then another piece of feedback that I received is actually wanting to hear more from my expertise and knowledge paired with the things that I'm reading, the rabbit holes I'm diving down.
So I'm actually going to be adding additional blog posts, podcast episodes, sharing my thoughts and insights into these topics as well. So here's kind of the breakdown of this schedule by month In July: all about physical health. So we'll have experts talking about nutrition, about exercise, sleep, hormones, morning routines, anything that we can do to optimize our physical health.
And then you'll hear my own personal morning routine that I use along with how I balance my nutrition and exercise and sleep as well. Then in August, this is all about happiness and habits. So we're going to talk about what is scientifically proven to actually make us happy and what isn't, which is oftentimes what we pursue. And then along with how can we live a life of purpose, fulfillment, passion.
We're going to talk about the neuroscience around habit formation, how we can implement any habit into our lives in less time, with less resistance. And I'll talk about my personal approach to habits, which I call the agile habit method. And this coincides actually with my 12 week entrepreneur mastermind course, that launches mid August as well to do an in-depth dive on all of these topics for entrepreneurs that are looking to really optimize an engineer their success in the areas of their life.
And then September is all about the mind. It's all about the brain. So we're going to look at neuroscience about how the brain works along with how we can develop bulletproof mindsets, how we can optimize learning, our productivity. You're going to learn my tips that I have on productivity, along with what I do on a daily basis to overcome limiting beliefs that I have and saboteurs, we're gonna dive into all of that in September. Then October is all about our emotions and our mental health.
So the world's crazy right now, and this is an important area of what do we actually do with our emotions? You know, how do we deal with them? How do we handle them? And then also, what can we do to make sure our mental health is a priority in the craziness of our life. So we're going to hear from therapists, psychologists, counselors, mental health experts on how we can navigate the crazy world without going crazy. Essentially.
Now I'm going to share some things that I do along this as well, to maintain and prioritize mental health, and then how I navigate through my emotions. And it's a continuous process, just like anybody else. So that's for October. And November is everything about relationships. So we're going to talk about parenting, marriage, communication, talk about body language.
You're gonna learn how to communicate more effectively, read people easier, how to navigate those highly charged, super tense, awkward, emotional conversations. We're gonna try to cover everything and really give you practical tools again, that you can take away and actually implement to make your relationships better. And then finally in December, we're gonna finish up with a lot of fun, right? So this, this month is all about fun and adventure. It's finishing off the year.
We are going to share the crazy jaw-dropping stories of the people just doing insane things that we can never dream of. But are still fun to hear about. Right. And maybe we can learn from them as well. And we're going to wrap up the seasons with these stories that motivates you to step out of your comfort zone a little. Stories that make you laugh. Stories that inspire you to be a better person. So. That's what the schedule looks like. You'll probably notice that financial wasn't on there.
There's lots of other places that you can go to get information on that area but wanted to finish off with December being a really fun, really adventurous, really crazy thing to the year. So there you have it. That's the Season six sneak peak. It's going to start in July and prepare to have your life changed. That's my goal, right? We're looking at how we can engineer success in every area of our life. And that's what's important.
Not just highlighting one and becoming incredibly good at one specific area it's going how can we actually achieve the feeling of success in all of these areas and uncover what that looks like. So we have tons of amazing experts, tons of amazing guests lined up. And I think you guys are really going to enjoy it.
And speaking of the crazy people, doing things that we could never dream of, Damian Browne, a guest we had just two episodes ago on, is about to embark on his treacherous two man row across the North Atlantic. So the second time he's rowing the Atlantic ocean. This time, he is going from New York to Galway Ireland, and it starts on June 8th, weather permitting.
So for some of you guys, depending on when you listen to this, it may have already started, but you can follow the whole thing as it happens, which is crazy. Technology is crazy these days, He has a podcast called Deep Roots. And he'll actually be giving updates every couple of days as the adventure unfolds, which is pretty, pretty wild. Then you can also follow him on Instagram at auld_stock. And then you can also follow projectempower2022.
And they're going to be actually making a documentary of his journey called The Waves of Change, which is incredible. He's wanting to do this as an inspiration because both him and his rowing partner are from Galway in Ireland. And they're doing that to inspire not only people, people there, but just people in general to go after your dreams and really pursue them. So it is just incredible!. So that's all the exciting stuff we have coming up for you.
I'm looking forward to kicking it off in July and until next time, keep engineering your success. And you know, there's people out there like Damien brown that are doing it as well. So that's for sure. Thank you guys so much for listening and I'll see you guys next time.
