Joe Duffy: Author of “Being a Supervisor 1.0: A Handbook for the New, Aspiring & Experienced Supervisor”

Joe Duffy is the former President of the Catholic Charities Diocese of Paterson NJ and Executive Director of Straight & Narrow, Inc.

Years in the making, Joe just published his new book, “Being a Supervisor 1.0: A Handbook for the New, Aspiring & Experienced Supervisor”.

Joe chats with Howard how about his career trajectory and how this informed that the chapters and content in the book. Recognizing that resource material for supervisors was spread across many sources, Joe sent out to compile a comprehensive handbook for first-time and aspiring supervisors, covering information useful in preparing to step into that role and fulfilling the duties of a supervisor on a daily basis.
