James Bolen, Ph.D, is the author of Fixing This Broken Thing... The American Criminal Justice System.

James spent 15 years as a police officer in Chicago and eight years as a mental health counselor in Memphis. He received his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Walden University

James’ book takes aim at the:
