I get approached by people all the time who are extremely EAGER to work with our company.
They get excited about being able to work with a team like ours, and being in a culture like ours, and learning from us, and being part of our growth.
But if you put two people side-by-side, and one is very EAGER to help, and the other is very EXPERIENCED, I choose the experienced person every time.
