For the past five years, Kevin and his team have had the responsibility of streamlining a payment and billing infrastructure that supports this diverse family of companies.

Kevin has had the unique challenge of merging ten different payment systems and teams into one seamless system. And his team is designing a payment system that can support new acquisitions.

Kevin shares some of the challenges companies face when merging payment systems from different parts of the world. He also talks about some of the advantages of such a diverse group of teams and systems.

Kevin discusses the factors he considers when prioritizing the tasks that his team focuses on in payments—and where he doesn’t want them to focus.
