Week two of our bitesize summer series is here and this week we are taking steps to reduce the overwhelm that comes from too much noise. Noise creates interference with momentum, distraction from focus, disruption of our own peace of mind and disconnection from our inner wisdom. We will be sharing our individual take on where the noise comes and the impact it has and our challenge this week is a simple one that in just 15 minutes could make a BIG difference.
