Episode 1 of our bitesize summer series is kicking off this week and in our challenge to take small manageable steps to help reduce everyday overwhelm, this week is all about space. We all undoubtedly know the value of making some space, especially if we're feeling a little overwhelmed, we no doubt crave it.
