In this episode of the #StumbleWellPodcast, we're talking about our different perspectives of 2019. We almost didn't make it last year, and not necessarily because either of us did anything epic or hurtful but because we were mostly just tired. Ultimately, we figured it out but the hardest part was finding a therapist and remembering to communicate from a place of love and patience.
