Whew, y'all this is a silly episode of #TheBeastCast. We're talking about keeping a Sabbath and how we balance work with life. As a creative, I'm slowly realizing how important it is to build stipulations and ground rules for myself in terms of taking breaks and recharging. Needless to say, Mr. Hallease's coffee didn't kick in until about halfway through the episode though so bear with us on this one.
