In today's episode we take a deep dive into comparison culture and how social media platforms influence the way we feel about ourselves, and those around us. We get real and share some of our biggest issues with comparison and how they have negatively influenced our selves, and how we are working towards overcoming these hurdles. We discuss ideas and strategies that we have implemented in our lives to help us get out of comparison culture and to move forward into a healthy form of comparison.
